Review 1：The WiFi was unstable. Could also provide extra hangers in the closet. Also wished there was a mini fridge inside the room.
Review 2：I was greeted by a very friendly front office staff. Check-in was a breeze. They provided 2 keycards which was really convenient. My room on a high floor & faced the front of the hotel.room was a comfy though a bit small. Amenities were good. The location of this hotel made it easy to move around the bukit bintang area.

Review 6：I've been to quite a number of hotels in Bukit Bintang area before, since I usually come to KL twice a year. But this is so far the best accomodation in the 3 star category which I had - great value for the money! Even though the hotel is in the "happening" area", it's surprisingly quiet compared to the "boom-boom" places I stayed at in recent years. The Bukit Bintang monorail station is just a 5 min walk away (depending on the traffic lights and because of the construction activities for a nearby MRT station you might take a bit longer).

Review 15：Friendly staff, our bus arrived in KL at 5am, we left our luggage in the hotel for storage as it was still early to check in, after taking a walk nearby and still almost all are still closed at that time, we went back to the hotel and they let us checked in earlier. Good location. Jalan Alor is just on the next street, very near to all the shopping malls and there's a free bus nearby to KLCC. We're very satisfied with our stay and we'll definitely recommend this to our friends and we'll stay again in this hotel.

Secure and free private parking. Room was very clean and bathroom was gorgeous. The bed was great, with soft pillows. Had a great hotel experience for the same price as nearby (shabby) guesthouses. Will definitely stay here again.
Review 20：The hotel is very close to Bukit Bintang monorail station and a major bus stop where several free bus service lines stop. Our room had a view of the twin towers. The area has excellent restaurants and shopping. Rooms have a nice decor, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed.

Review 35：The reception maybe is not helpful enough. We stayed at the Izumi 4 nights. At the day of checking out early in the morning, we asked the reception to help us to call a cab to the bus station, after few minutes they said they are unable to get the cab. We think it's a bit silly answer for their client. But we had a nice and enjoyable stay at the Izumi anyway.

During my check in, 1 of the female receptionist was wearing mask, talking to her colleague and ignoring me. i was standing in front of her about 30 sec and she has no intention to serve me. i finally have to interrupt her conversation by saying "excuse me can i check in?". and btw a receptionist with mask is rude and unprofessional 2. my room (810) basin trap was leaking, please fix it. 3. shower have no water at one of the morning during my stay. 4. no shower screen in the toilet. after shower the entire toilet is wet and water stain everywhere 5. only 1 socket in my double room. me and my friend have to take turn charge our phone. you need to improve it seriously.

Location is everything Pavillion,Star Gallery,Zara,H&M the list goes on.
Review 44：Location, Location, Location. It is right in the middle of all the food, shopping, and transportation. It is a lively area into late at night. But the hotel is quiet, comfortable and safe. The room was large enough with a window and a view.

Very limited food selection at breakfast, but they do refill even when people come at 10am. There was no sign in the restaurant that you can order egg and have it cooked as you like so most guests didn't know about it. I also had to get my breakfast coupon from the front desk everyday; they should just give all at check-in. One of the front desk staff does not smile so you get the impression she doesn't want to assist you. It's good tge other staff was friendly and helpful.
Review 58：I chose the hotel because it's new, good value for money room rates and great location - walking distance to the Bukit Bintang malls, Jalan Alor & the free GoKL buses. Hotel was clean and had water dispensers on each floor. They provided free newspapers and free instant coffee packets but bottled water was only supplied on the 1 day I had the room cleaned. Free wifi was fast. Fast check-in & check-out. I took Starwira airport transfers to & from hotel at only RM15-20 & they new the hotel.

Despite being a no-frills hotel it was clean and everything was working well. The bathroom is easily on par with hotels of higher class. It's on my list for hotels to book again.

There is also a mini grocery near the hotel where you can buy some snacks. It is walking distance from the Pavillion, Fahrenheit, Lot 10, Sungei Wang and even Berjaya Times Square. For the rooms, everything was perfect from the aircondition, bed, wifi, etc. If we will go back to KL, we will definitely stay again here.
