Review 1：Staff not so friendly, the breakfast was rather poor (but maybe its typical for slovenia) and the restaurant in the evening was only self service restaurant.

Review 9：The hotel had extremely bad breakfast, it was an extremely small buffet with only 2-3 cold dishes. Hotel personnel indifferent to guests, some didn't even bother to say good morning.

Review 14：Although smokers were in designated areas/rooms there were a lot of them and you were very aware of this in the stairwells and communal areas. To go in the casino you have to register which is all a bit long winded with passports etc. also there is no bar other than in the casino so you had to register to go to the bar although we were offered to sit in the foyer and we could be served drinks.

Review 15：The staff were very efficient and friendly. The casino was a bit of fun and a novelty for our group. I would recommend the A la carte menu rather than the buffet, some friends had this and it looked much nicer than our half board buffet and wasn't much more expensive. For the price the room was ok, you got what you paid for, it was clean and everything functioned.
