Review 5：Not what I expected from a 4 stars. Some of the lounging chairs were damaged. There was a kettle in the room but no mugs or anything else. There was an issue at the start where 10% of the booking was taken from my card but the hotel said they did not receive it and forced me into paying the full amount. The WI-FI was only located in the pool area or the bar and was extremely slow.
