Review 1：The first room as filthy. There was hair and dirt everywhere and gunk on the floors. The second room was not much better. No one spoke English and no one could help. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this "hotel" to anyone and would barely be able to give it 1 star. It is the worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever been to and I travel frequently

Review 3：I have no bad experience in this hotel, but I think they could improve their description of the foods in the restaurant to english because I realize some people with problems to understand what kind of food was being served.
Review 4：I liked everthing. The room was confortable and clean. There were good food and drinks.
Review 5：The method of paying for drinks at the pool is open to errors by the staff and customers. The old football tables in the games room should be dumped and replaced with new ones.

Review 7：the staff was not very helpful - communication was difficult with most of them, they didn't tell us there were alternative means to reach the islands once they found out there were no seats on their preferred boat, they had no clue whether there was a car rental or other basic services anywhere around (seriously...?). The rooms were noisy and people could have easily got into your room via the balcony as there was no lock for the balcony windows. Also, it looked like the room's walls and furniture had been put together from the "leftovers of many different construction sites"
Review 8：The hotel was clean and had a shuttle service (although it didn't come back to pick us up despite someone in the group speaking portuguese called them, as previously agreed... mah). Breakfast was nice and with a lot of variety, especially in terms of fruits, but the cakes all had a raw part in the middle...
