Review 4：I get the room number 705 it's the best room in the all hotel .. the views is adorable and the location one of the staff called Camil he speak a good Arbic and English
Review 5：They need new elevator music. The piano instrumental versions of "All of Me" and "Addicted to You" gets old after two rides.
Review 6：We had a problem with our room (we wanted a suite with a bath, and instead got one with a shower and an extra bed that we didn't need). When we mentioned this, they immediately changed our room to exactly what we were looking for. The staff is incredibly helpful.
Review 7：I stayed 2 nights (3 & 4 May 2015) at Navona hotel Mersin and had very good experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. At the reception Miss Duygu was very professional. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. For my next business trip, I definitely will stay at Navona.
