Review 1：Facility very old;the elevator seem to belong to the post 80th,the carpet's color seem to be quite dirty;

Review 3：Receptionist who checked us in made me feel i wasn't welcomed in the hotel whatsoever. No smile, short answeres; the first impression of the hotel was spoilt by the person who is at the front desk and supposed to be an image of any hotel.

Review 4：Comfy matresses (nothing posh but you'll sleep like a baby), great breakfast with good variety of omelettes, pancakes, sausages, cheeses, youghurts. Personal are very friendly and helpful. If you call a taxi from your hotel room and asked to call you back on the number you are ringing from, say no because they won't be able to ring your room and you'll be waiting for your taxi forever.

Review 5：Hot water was not hot at all . One porter, after he saw I had no idea how much is to get airport by taxi ( I asked if 1000 rub will be enough)call the driver when I was in a taxi to tell him about it. The driver forgot to switch off loud mode.After that the driver took all my 1000 rub without even saying what the price was. I always leave good tips. ButI hate when people conduct in such way.

Review 7：- Balconies for smoking are always closed, you have to go miles to get out and take a smoke - Been moved 3 times within 1 day, because my booked apartment was not ready, got lux for a day, then moved to "my room" which had disastrous sewers smell, moved again to the far away wing - Wifi is not as good as described - Prices are very high. Typical 3 star Russian hotel, can't be that expensive

Review 31：I asked for a non smoking room. They gave me one, when I entered into room it was all smoke smell. I had to come down to reception and ask them change the room. They did in the end but even this room was not to the desired standards. Beds were old, small and not comfortable.
