Review 6：It was everything we expected (but not always receive) easy to access and near the town centre. The unit was spotless and had everything required for a comfortable stay which in our case was two nights for four people. Come highly recommended.
Review 7：During our stay, we have accidentally damaged the Vinyl in the kitchen. The host Christine and John has demonstrated great professionalism to help us resolve the issue quickly. Very impressed with their hospitality.

Review 49：The owner was very accomodating and pleasant. Showed me to the room. Easy to talk too and approachable. The personal touch was really nice instead of a big hotel with workers who dont really give a hoot about the customers.

Review 52：Regular visitors with our dog. It is so nice to stay in lovely accomodation with our spaniel and walks in nearby Hamilton lake. My husband has family in Hamilton and Colonial is always a first choice.

Review 54：Stayed at the colonial as a sports team,John and Christine were amazing couldn't have done more for us. Motel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and warm. They even let them team have a very late check out so that we could feed the team before traveling home. Thanks so much we will be back !!!

There was a large digital TV, a well fitted kitchen, rocking chair in the lounge area and the separate bedroom although small was comfortable and very dark at night which allowed for a good sleep. Although on the main road it was very quiet in the rooms. Would definately recommend.

We could not contact staff. There wasno reply on the phone and no instructions how to make contact out ofhours. Not good.
