Review 1：What we didn't like was the fact we paid for a superior double and noticed that they don t have 1 full bed , they only have twin rooms and when you come in as a couple they just stick them together, but during sleep the beds move, this was huge discomfort and we had double superior room! Another thing between beds there was no cleaning, we found some old shirts and some toilet paper!

Review 3：Lovely room- very clean and the shower was small but awesome- great water pressure and no shortage of hot water! Staff is very friendly and we really liked the hotel bar/restaurant- plays good music and we had nice meals. Breakfast was ok- you could order choices rather than the usual buffet style. can't say about the quality- I only had toast with honey as we had to leave in a hurry to return to Bucharest.

Review 5：The stairs to the citadel was just across the street from the hotel. In terms of hospitality and attention, the staff was first-rate, even providing information on how to go to Sighisoara from Cluj-Napoca (we took the slow but scenic train). We got a bit lost on the walk from the train station to the hotel (blame Google Maps), but they gave us instructions promptly. The design of the hotel and restaurant was a classy throwback to a few decades back, but felt clean and new. It was a seamless experience, and the upgrade to the suite made our visit to the hometown of Vlad Tepes truly memorable.

Review 6：They they not have an elevator. It was difficult to warm up the room. The shower did not provide enough hot water, almost cold.

Review 9：Located just outside the beautiful old city and a convenient place for day trips to Brasov, Bran, etc... Breakfast at the restaurant was great and staff were helpful. We used the laundry service and it was done within a few hours and barely made a blip on our bill.

Review 13：Hotel is very nice, good positioning, near Cetatea Sighisoara (3 min walk). Room was very clean, nicely decorated and quite big. Breakfast included means you get a certain amount as credit to pay for your breakfast. There are 4 predefined breakfast menus for you to choose from, each of the exact amount as the credit.

Review 16：Noisy rooms (you can hear the steps of people in the other room). Restaurant down-stairs (part of the hotel) not a pleasant surprise (long waiting time, not a very impressive menu). Also the hotel is lacking in facilities like lounge are, terrace and others.

AirCon blower may be undersized for the size of the suite (needed to be left on while we were away for hours so to have a nice cool temp in the hot summer (Didn't see a lift, not sure if there's one, we didn't need it though to the top floor). Shower hot & cold water knobs are mixed up, but one will figure that out in 10 seconds or so ...

Review 19：Good location. Staff very prompt and friendly. Public parking (paid by the hotel on your behalf!) The suite design is a comforting combination of a rustic and modern approach while being also subtle and elegant.

Review 20：Being in a loft, of course the space heated up very quickly in the July sun... The mobile air conditioning unit didn't cope well... The sleeping quarters upstairs felt especially hot even at nights. Given that, the price was a bit too high.

But that is a problem in 99% Romanian restaurants - let just hope some day Romanians will grow up and ban smoking in public restaurants as in elsewhere in Europe.

Review 26：The hotel isn't within the old historic walls by it is right around the corner. Our room faces the Main Street, was concerned it might be noisy but it wasn't!! Very large room to spread out. Breakfast was plentiful and good. I would definitely stay here if I returned to town!!!!

Review 29：I need perfect quiteness when I sleep so there were 2 noises that we managed to stop: the fridge and the toilet. The toilet was making some kind of noise from time to time.

The restaurant very chic and good food.The room was large, comparing to the standard one, and way better. It was clean and quite (room facing backyard). There are also rooms that face the street and the street looks pretty crowded in the morning.

Review 31：The food could be better. There are other places in Sighisoara where you can have a great meal. Depending on the cook, the breakfast is either fabulous or need improvements. Also, the waiter should smile a lot more. We had lunch there once, but we were quite disappointed.

Review 33：Hotel does not have a private parking, but there are plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel. The parking is paid by the hotel, just make to tell the receptionist that you arrived with a car. Other than that, all great!

Review 35：We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is just a short walk to the old town but it's all uphill. However there seemed to be more restaurants and such down where the hotel is and parking is easier too. Our room was massive and nicely decorated. Very clean. We had a view onto the main street. Staff was friendly and spoke decent enough English. They made up for any difficulty communicating with their eagerness to help. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel will deal with the parking man. Breakfast in the morning was great. Overall a good stay.

Review 37：Situated at the base of the old city center, excellent restaurant which also serves the included breakfast [ large variety of choices with freshly made orange juice ]. Parking is available on site, and is deductible by the hotel (if needed, free on Sunday's). Room is absolutely huge, bathroom as well, having a beautiful decor.

Review 38：There was a bad small in the room, probably coming from the toilet. The other negative point and this is completely unaceptable: The place where people have breakfast is an exclusive SMOKING area !!

Review 45：While it wasn't the cheapest hotel of our whole trip, it was extremely good value for money and totally worth it. The level of service was outstanding, the rooms were super clean and spacious, they even put a little chocolate over our bed upon arrival. Staff are smiley and nice. When we got there, the restaurant was decorated with pumpkins and spider webs since it was a couple of days after Halloween. We LOVED the fact that we could have breakfast at any time we wanted, they give us a coupon worth 35 lei to spend in a pre-set breakfast menu of the same cost, or at any other things on the menu. The menu was very extensive but everything was prepared super fast. The food was delicious. The staff even took care of our car parking, we gave them the car plate number and they took care of putting the money in the parking meter. The location is also excellent. We just loved our stay and we wished all hotels had the same level of service.
