Review 1：No free internet. Not comfortable bed matress. Poor breakfast.

Review 3：I found personally the light in front of the lifts to be a bit too dimmed. Perhaps they can reconsider the lighting.

Review 5：- Water was too cold in the pool (about 22 C) - at least in the children pool this is not acceptable. - Parking costs about 20BGN even if it was not full.

Review 7：The water in the pool it was at 20degrees. We asked them to heat it for 4 days, but nothing happened. The staff is not pleasent at all and they speak very poor english.

Review 9：I had to wait in the stuck elevator and not knowing what is going on, because a guy came and asked us if we are ok and we said yes and he was gone without any information about the situation to calm us and 15 minutes later the door was opened.

Review 10：Towels in rooms are like hand towels. Take your own. Rooms not cleaned every day. No teaspoons in room with cups to make a cup of tea. No washing up liquid, cloth for washing cups or tea towels in room which when the room is not being cleaned every day is inconvenient.

Review 20：At the arrival we received a corner room that had 4 windows with a very small radiator and it was very cold inside. We went to the reception where Borgyana and Anne Marie treated us very impolite and very, very rude, didn’t want to help us, telling us that this is the room that we paid for and if we do not like it we can leave. ATTENTION: we paid for a 4 stars hotel, not for a hotel where the heating is by schedule only for a few hours out of 24. They didn’t want to help us by ambition, by malice, said the hotel was full, but when we return on the night shift, their colleague told me that we can change our room because there is availability! I will never return to this hotel because of these 2 incompetents and because of their behavior!!

Review 21：We havee been going to the hotel for a couple of years and from this year they have turned it into a student vacation house from a family hotel. They shout, slam doors and make noise all day and night. We will never stay here again.

Review 22：The rooms was not cleaned properly at check-in and the staff was unfrendly. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly and the water suply had a problem with the tempreture of the water.

Review 24：We booked for an apartment, but no fridge or hear drier was available inthe room. Most of employees don't speak good English, but you canfind your way and understanding with them. Idea of having a club in theHotel premises may be good for youngsters, but you can surely considerthat this creates a lot of noise, for people that need rest after skiingall day...

Review 25：Breakfast was more than standard, and also the ala cart restaurant waspretty good. Stanislava, the receptionist, was excellent and veryprofessional giving a lot of information and help, speaking excellentEnglish. Spa facilities are very good and most of them free, and skibus is offered in many routes. The driver picked us up from the skifacilities, at 13.00 even if there wasn't a programmed route atthat time. Thumbs up! Location is very good, near shops and skipistes. For sure is a value for money choice. Drinks at the lobby aregood and cheap!

Review 26：Club in a hotel? Common.. Noisy until 04.00 hearing club beats andEnglish youngsters running down the hall... We are not 50 years old, butthe noise at night was surely a minus... Staff very helpful but withoutEnglish language knowledge. Our room was a studio, but it was prettysmall...The room was clean, but we stayed for 3 days, and theydidn't clean our room. Moreover, we were a couple but only oneshampoo and shower gel was offered and not replaced after used.

Review 27：Spa facilities, value for money, dinner for 8euros which is very good.Breakfast is very good and enough and cheap drinks are offered to thelobby. Restaurant at the hotel is also quite decent. Ski bus isavailable and Stanislava at the reception couldn't be moreprofessional and helpful.

Review 28：The ski room usage not precise: we were told our ski boots cannot be puton driers because they were not rented at the hotel. Is it reallyconvenient to ask for 10 eur for open parking a day? I thought it wastoo much to pay 70 eur for parking. The fireplace in the lobby was nottaken care of in the late afternoon and evening hours. I had a coffeethere 3 times dinner and it there was no fire in it. (At noon it wasalways on)... Free WiFi being available only in the lobby - at leastmake it pleasant there!

Review 34：1.On the website description they say free Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby (they should mention this from the beginning). 2.They told us that there are no rooms with two separate beds, only king size. In case you are not a couple I wont suggest Perun Lodge. 3. Tasteless food for breakfast.

Review 36：- Breakfast was below average- certainly not 4*- Pool was cold (OK to swim but not that great for playing around) - You have to pay for the Jacuzzi (20lv for 20 minutes)- what a ripoff - Gondola bus is not exactly on time every time- sometimes it was 15 minutes late - They didn't know we were bringing our child and they weren't sure if there was an extra charge, even though we specified that at the time of the reservation. Bed wasn't ready but they fixed it in due time and they didnt charge us extra

Review 38：Latest shuttle was at 5 pm and it didn't wait even 1 minute althoughthe shuttles of the other hotels were waiting until 6 pm. The staff wererude, no free wi-fi in the rooms and the breakfast was poor

Review 39：Althought one can always find cleaners cleaning the common area, they lack to clean properly the room. towels and sheets are changed every 3 days. The double bed was really small which left us tired.

Review 40：Its a modern hotel with warm welcome atmosphere in the common area and also inside the room, which are quite spacious. Againist other comments, the staff was really helpful,although one might find it a bit difficult to communicate in english, but all staff do there best. Special thanks to receptionist Anna-Maria and spa staff. Breakfast is very rich if one likes english style. Freshly made pancakes are also available. Spa area is very relaxing and warm, and both the steam and sauna room were always on even when there were no one in the spa. Indoor pool is a gem as one can swim and enjoy the snow falling outside. Pool was not that warm, but nothing grevious. maybe if they set it 2degree more, willbe perfect.

Review 41：There is no wi-fi in the rooms! The lobby is not very clean. Thecleanest in the lobby , the restaurant and the bar is not very good! Thehotel looks like very old and dull place inside!

Review 43：The trouble spot was the time of my check aut , when the hotel staff didn't give me back my ID card . The time of my check out was abaut 9 AM on Sunday 29/01/2012 and I spent all my day skiing in Bansko also.The hotel staff didn't realize Their mistake until my call phone on Sunday evening from the Greek border , when Greek Authorities stopped me there. I was forced to return to Bansko to take back our ID cards It was terribly tiring , expensive and spoiled our vacations. I m still waiting for Hotel Perunlodge apology. Nevertheless , I can recommend Perun Lodge Hotel to other ski travellers.

Review 44：You cannot ask your guests to pay for parking on your own parkingspace!! You cannot put kitchen in the room and offer that kind ofservice and after renting that kind of room to say that the kitchencooker doesn't work and equipped without a single Kitchen elements!! Thepool area was very cold! In much cheaper hotel, the pool was warmer andthey didn't charge for using the Jacuzzi or stuff.For 60 EUR/night you CANNOT charge extra for mentioned services!

Review 46：We paid parking so to have our car in the closed one but it wasunfortunately outside.Furthermore we arranged to leave our car aftercheck out for 2-3 more hours but the next day they prohibited us andthey said us that in case we wanted to leave the car we would charge a24hour parking.The jacuzzi wasn't clean.the swimming pool not heatedenough.do not eat at hotel's restaurant!

Review 47：No hot water in a hotel with 5 stars! The most wanted thing when comingback from a long day of skiing is hot shower. But unfortunately therewas no hot water and it took more than 4 hours to solve the problem. Thereceptionist Anna- Marie obviously did not have time nor wish to solveour issue as guests in the hotel. Explanation given from the staff: Itis the time when everyone is taking bath so it might happen, you shouldwait! ( I do not care it is 5 star hotel not a hostel) We went in thespa center but it was too crowded, not enough for hotel capacity. Hotelrooms are too small and not comfortable.

Review 51：There was no kitchenette in the apartment (not all the rooms areequally equipped). Breakfast was quite booring, the same menu everyday,juices were horrible (chemical taste). The Hotel restaurant (a lacarte) is quite expensive in terms of bulgarian prices and quality isquite average.

Review 55：They could not find my reservation and I had to wait for half an hour.They did not clean the parking (for which I paid 10 euros) and as aresult it was full of snow and I was trying for another half an hour topark my car. The drainage in the bathroom was problematic and the waterwas overflown when I had a bath. Minor electricity problem. No spaslippers in the room. The sofa in the room needs upgrading.

Review 56：Very nice spa including fish foot spa. Nice disco and greek restaurant(the greek translation in the menu needs attention). Friendly staff(compared to the Bulgarian standard).

Review 57：Unfortunately I didn't like the staff and to be more precise the lady atthe reception.No smile, poor english and the fact that they gave us aregular room even though we payed for a studio and on the desctiption ofthe studio on booking it says :" Most of the studios, apartments andmaisonette suites boast a balcony and all of them feature a fullyequipped kitchen."Our "studio" as they callled it had no balcony and noKitchen and trying to expplain that the reception lady took me a whileand after that I gave up as she was playing dumb...At the end of ourstay we had to pay 480 euros for the 4 days. We had 480 euros in cashand I gave it to the receptionist but she transformed it in leva andthey had a different value so instead of 480 euros which was the sum webooked on booking.com we had to pay in leva the equivalent of 494 euros.I don't about this but being a 4 star hotel I doon,t think they usuallythey do this.Never going back there!!!
