Review 1:I wrote to the hotel that we'll arrive before 14:00 and if early check in could be possible, they just did not answer, when we arrived at hotel at 11am they were very rude and not helpful at all. After our exhausting 24h flight they didn't help us at all. They didn't have place where we could leave our baggage, so we had to go to the city to spend some time until we can check-in with our big suitcases. when we asked them to use WIFI in the lobby they told that we can not have wifi password before check-in. When we needed taxi, they just showed us some malaysian number and we had to call there ourselves but drivers english was so hard to understand through phone that we gave up. We had to find taxi from highway, waited 30min before first taxi stopped. Staff very rude and not helpful. Not clean room Breakfast not tasty and very little choice (3-4 different things)

Review 5:Don't get fool by the infinity pool, if just want the view can just go to the restaurant instead of staying there. This place is very rundown and terribly maintained, we are very surprised to hear what they said when we told them the toilet is very dirty, they just reply all the rooms is like this. The cookware is super dirty and without dishwasher. Bedsheets with all the dirty marks, no phone connection to office management, every single request has to take the long waiting and shaking lift down to lobby in order to request for anything. During our staying, electricity cut off suddenly as well. U be surprised to find out the hot water only available one room, make all of us have to share one bathroom inside a room, this is the worst facilities ever had for place called hotel. Overal this place looks like haunted place, very smelly and dirty.

Review 6:The only good thing here is the view of swimming pool, but no point wasting money staying here, if want just order a drink at restaurant enjoy the view.

Review 7:The entrance was in a garage. Felt a bit weird. The room also stank. You can only be 1 person on each wifi password so we had to go to the reception each day and ask for more because they wouldn't give us more password that reached for the whole week.

Review 8:We really enjoed the big rooms and the pool. The best thing was the washing machine I think because we're on a backpacker trip. The wiev was absolutely stunning as well.

Review 9:1. The facilities cant accept debit card and the nearest ATM is more than 0.5km away 2. The staff took a long time to explain why the total add up became more espensive than what we receivr in the email 3. The bathroom smells like ceptic tank. We reported to the front desk and the just did regular cleaning. They didnot extend the offer to let us have a different room event though we are staying for 3 nights. 4. No hot shower 5. The hotel failed to return our deposit in cash upon check out. 6. The reservation department fail to answer our request to change the checkout date which was made via booking.com within 24hrs. We had to do more than 5 times follow up call. Request was made on thursday evening and we only get the confirmation on sunday morning. A couple of hours before the checkout time.

Review 11:I do not like the old woman receptionist's attitude. She do not care about us when we come at the morning, and she did not show her best trying to serve us. Terrible attitude.

Review 12:I like the location most, especially the pool in the top of the building. At this point I can take a view to the KLCC, Petronas Twin tower and the whole city. Such a nice view of the city

Review 15:The staff was unfriendly and absolutely not helpful. The WiFi-connectivity was nowhere to be found although we asked several times if this could be resolved. The room facilities did not live up to their standards either (plugs not working, bad paint jobs and there is a toilet where there used to be a shower. In case you want to get out, the only option is a taxi as it is only connected to the highway. All but all, very dissatisfying and definitely not OK!

Review 16:The only positive point I can think of is the amazing infinity pool up on the 37th floor and the Hemisphere Restaurant & Bar. The rest just is not worth it.

Review 19:Receptionists are not friendly and slow service. I been waiting for almost 30 minutes just for check in while there was no other guests to check in. The suite that i booked was not what i expected. I booked for 2bed room suite with one king bed and two single bed but end up i just got two single bed. The hot shower facilities is only applied in the master bed room which it does not stated it clearly at the website. No towel provided. The phone in room is not functioning whereby we could not contact the front desk.

Review 21:Absolutely NO service. Everything from operating the lift to getting the air-co working needed information that is not provided. The desk was not manned when we arrived and the few staff we found during our stay were rude and of no help. The wi fi was a joke only working occasionally.

Review 27:Our last day the block A lift was malfunctioning. So, we couldnt enjoy the pool, which that was kind of a turn off. And unfortunately we came on the red shirt rally day and all the access to the buildig was blocked by police. We only checked in at 7pm. Nonetheless, wasnt the hotel's fault.

Review 28:The pool was amazinggggg the room is big space and fabulous. Room overlooking the city and so is the pool. Pool closes at 11.pm so we swam enjoying oursleves looking at the beautiful view at night. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will come here again!

Review 29:The shower is under maintainence and its reali sad coz the water is too little. The sink in our master bedroom spoilt. The water came out from the below part of the sink. And i find its not appropriate at all to come into room when the owner is not in coz we have valueable and gadgets inside.

Review 30:Swimming pool and the view. The rooms are big and spacious. The place is clean. And have shuttle to go to the city area. The staffs especially the Malay receptionist is very friendly and of great help.

Review 31:The reception staff did not give instructions on where the entrance of the building, room floor and facilities are located. Receptionist did not know how to use the card machine properly and almost blocked my credit card. The telephone and intercom were not working.. The utensils were not clean. The towels were not clean.. And worst of all, BEDBUGS!!! I have loads of bedbug bites all over my body!!!!

Review 37:The property is outdated. I can't speak for everyone but our room wasn't being cleaned and it was dirty including toilets. We also had issues with the towels because they kept on giving us only 2 towels when they knew we were a family of 4.

Review 41:The staff (at parking) can't speak malay or english. THe staff at the reception did not inform on all the details e.g. WIFI password, check out time (to get back the refund for 2nd day). The apartment was dirty and not properly maintained. Towels, bath mat, etc. were not provided the 1st day. Kitchen was useless.

Arrived with 3 children at 3pm at checkin their credit card machines didn't work, after making us wait inthe lobby for 30mins and after my 2nd complaint they finally let us upto the room. Got to our room and it literally stank like body Oder andcurry. Turned on fans and opened windows to air out the apartment andfound air conditioner not working. Told staff and they said they wouldchange rooms, only to wait another 30mins for them to do so. Got up toour other room and found our key wasn't working for the elevators.Went back to lobby to change it and was told they didn't have aspare. Took the kids to the pool while we waited, went down at 6pm andstill wasn't ready. Manager then told me to come and find him beforewe left for dinner to get it. This should have been his priority to getthe key to me, not for me to track him down once again. In total 3 hoursof messing around before we were settled in a room. Totally unacceptableand not worth the money. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Review 49:small incident where someone had gone into room and had eating some food in the kitchen, my wife's vitamin tablets while we were gone. We didn't appreciate that it wasn't genuine. Also the last studio apartment we hired didn't have some facilities, e.g No microwave, no wifi, no TV channels. Ps we had three different apartments in regalia residence. Two were absolutely perfect just the last one I was disappointed with. Overall thumps up

Review 50:we spent almost three weeks here with a large family and it was extremely satisfying. Location is perfect, clean, wifi accessibility, infinity of upper level plus a top root Restaurnt what more can you ask for. You get to see the biggest skyscrapers in KL city from your balcony or the level 37 where the pool is with different colour lighting at night. Me and my partner will most definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Review 51:The visitor parking will have to be improve as there are too less for the visitors especially during the night time and peak season where many visitors will be there. It took hours just to look for appropriate parking .

Am talking about the Unit number A-16-2 am not sure about the condition of the other units 3- The receptionist/Concierge not friendly at all.

Steps to Putra WTC very precarious - need handrails.

Review 65:Generous size of apartment. Good furnishings. Good daily cleaning and changing of linen. Bright and airy. Good a/c and fans. Good attention to replacement of toiletries. Good and prompt response to any requests (e.g. we needed a can opener because the one provided was broken and more hanger, TVs not working one day because of general failure, it seemed).

Review 66:When we checked in, the front desk staff weren't friendly and not smiling. They gave me the room keys and when we got in the room, it was dirty and the housekeeping did not clean up the room. It took them a while to transfer us to a new room. The hotel parking is very limited. Not ideal for big group checking in.

Review 70:Even if it says it's close to the center you can only get there by taxi, no one came to clean the room for 3 days, we had to insist at the reception many times for someone to come, we got stuck in the elevator, cards for the elevator werent working, same food at breakfast (omlette, sausages, noodles, rice) each day, wifi needed to be requested from the reception every day, same as iron, no hot water

Review 83:Unbelievably poor management. We were given just the apartment keys instead of the access card. Meaning every time we need to go to other floor (we came in a big group and were distributed to 4 different floors), we will have to go down level 4 lobby, LOOK FOR security guard and have them tap the card for lift access. At one point, the guard refused to allow access, when we HAD TO go level 10 for a friend's wedding gatecrash at 7am sharp. This was complete nuisance. Swimming pool was poorly managed too.

The part where the security has to tap whenever we want to use the lift is very lame. Plus 1 tap equals to 1 level. Its wasting our time and the security time also. Another thing was there was a lizard in the living room. And the counter staffs lacks in professionalism. Very bad service. Then our room did not even have wifi. And they said bcos it was a new room and there isnt a router. What nonsense. That is not my problem. The breakfast was horrendous. Just a few dishes. And the staff handling e food area is so rude and unfriendly.

Review 89:-Everytime we have to use the lift, we have to call a security from the desk who might or might not be at his post. This was inconvenient to a great extend, and we had other customers complain about it too. The access card was not available to the customers even for their own floor. -BREAKFAST=TERRIBLE, and even the terrible food was over by 9AM (3 consecutive days) and they did not even bother to refill even after we asked. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THE BREAKFAST. -We have to renew WIFI everyday, and for that we have to go down and walk all the way to the reception which is located outside the building. They wouldn't even send the new username and password to our rooms. - Only one electricity dock with two points are provided in the whole room in every room in the hotel(the three rooms i've been to there atleast), that too is located at the kitchen sink near the entrance. It is nowhere near the beds or bathroom. Have to use that docks if you need to charge your electronic equipment's or use the hair dryer, iron (which are provided). This was very inconvenient as well. -The lady at the reception was downright rude from the start. Even when i asked if she could clear the room rates and the taxes involved in a calm way while checking in(which is +16% from the rates) she got pissed and asked me to call booking.com if i wanted to clarify anything. All i asked was for the breakdown. -The intercom in the room is useless and it only reached the security in the lobby, as the reception is placed outside. We have to make the security relay any request, which mostly does not happen quick. - The exhaust fan kept rattling the ceiling and making noise (room 23-6A), even though we complained no action was taken. (and the lights and exhaust fan is operated using the same switch) These are important, cos I payed 230/night (including tax), which is a pretty high rate for a room in KL.

Review 96:This is my 2nd time and i would say there's a lot of improvement especially for breakfast. Hope the management provide extra training course to the staff since the staff seems like less experience but they did try their best to fulfill the guest requirements which is good.

Review 97:Everything was extremely bad. Breakfast is null at the first day we reached the buffet 40 min early than the close time we didn't find any food left and they don't refill. Service is below zero. There is a step directly in front of each room that caused one of our relatives a bad injury and when we asked the hotel for ice to put on the injured person's ankle the staff told us they don't have ice.the elevator is a big problem as you have to ask the security guy to swap his card each time you use the elevator. I wonder how booking.com is classifying this hotel as 5 stars hotel and actually it is not ranked at all.

Review 99:I travel with my family and we had to unit apartment every time we need to go to each floor we have to go ground floor for security to swap card and come back to 24 floor and the security very rude shouting at me and there was no hot water for shower and bad service and pleae I recommend you to remove it from your site and I advice u not to sell this bad accommodation to your clients and I'm your client since long time I dnt advice anyone - breakfast was totally poor and cold -- no safe box in rooms and they dnt clean room and no telephone for emergency contact and I'm sorry to say that but this is the fact - please for any inquiry you most welcome and I'm welling to put phone on loud speaker and listen to my wife and kids what they will tell u

Review 101:-I didn't like the stuff because they are not cooperative.Also, the workers are not committed to their work. For example, they don't clean the room everyday and when you speak to some of them,they answered in a rude way.Another example, they don't change the towels, and they don't bring bottles of water everyday unless one ask them. -I didn't like the breakfast at all. -For the room, there's no hot water!!, the curtains are falling on the ground, one of the outlets of the electricity is exposed, there's no safe box in the room. -There's also a stupid system which is if you're staying for less than one month, the admin doesn't give you an (electric card) that allows inmates to enter the elevator.So, we were restricted by the guarders whenever we want to get to our room or go down to the swimming pool..etc -There is no Spa as they claim.The only thing is that they have a small room for sauna on 37 floor, and the Gym is not allowed for inmates who stay for less than one month.

Review 105:Everything. 1) We where staying in the 18th floor and to get to the room you have to call the security to use his card for the elevator. 2) There ia a stupid step when you open the room, my sister inlow slipped becausr of this dtep and she almost btokr het leg, my daughter went to the reception to ask them for ice, they answered her we dont have go and buy from the supermarket hahaha.3) In the breakfast nothing to eat, Iam sure that even a 1 star hotel would have a better breakfast . 4) While having breakfast I asked for a glass for the juice, the hamble Waiter told it id finished please use the Tea Cup Hahaha. I asked him how many glasses do you have? He said about 20.

Review 106:Location hard to find by GPS, and even taxi driver don't know that! (i drive myself in the trip) House keeping not available daily except you request! The lift need a card for access to your floor, so if you park the car at L2, then you need to go to L4, then go to find a security then he use a card to access your floor, thus every time you need to change lift whatever you go out or come back!

If from carpark to the room, one have to stop at Lobby level walk 20m to call the guard and walk back to the lift. The room had overload trip when I tried to use the electric kettle

Review 110:The location was not as good as I had expected it to be. There were no convenient stores nearby. The road to the LRT station was just a muddy path with no lights. The tv reception was quite poor. Only a few blurry channel available. We came in a big family with 3 cars but we were only allowed to park 1 car in the big carpark and the rest outside.
