Review 1：When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked and there were people waiting in the hall. We were ripped off and had to pay the rack rate (instead of the price we booked the facility for). I am not booking this hotel ever again.

Review 3：The rooms are clean and functional. There is a bar slash restaurant slash nightclub downstairs, but don't expect the city's elite to party there. Mostly used for birthdays and corporate events. The breakfast is served with plenty of options, but nothing fancy. The key benefit of this hotel is the location. It is next to a large shopping mall and most of other amenities.
Review 4：Registration at the reception took 25mins, only few receptionists speak English (the hotel calls itself "congress"-hotel). All the night, the avenue in front of the hotel is frequently used for street racing. so it's very noisy

Review 9：I have spent half an hour in line to check-in. Мне не понравилась очень большая очередь на заселение. Я ожидал полчаса, а за это время очередь стала ещё длиннее.
Review 10：Despite of the room were booked for 2 people, there were only 1 chair, bathrobe, sneakers, dental kit.. When we asked to bring what was missed, they brang only a bathrobe and a dental kit. The room was poor for the money.
