Review 1：Our 4 year old girl cut herself badly (three toes) inside swimming pool, they did not do anything about it, next day another little girl cut herself on the same spot in the pool. Supposedly they are going to put something over the sharp surface on the wall of the swimming pool

Review 4：The views are stunning and the location is great if you want to fit in a trip to Ljubljana, Austria and Italy as all are within easy reach.

Review 5：The hotel is actually situated at a couple kilometers from Kranjska Gora village but that was not a problem at all, on the contrary. We found it even better. Triglav mountain is in full sight from there and the hotel has many great facilites like an inside swimming-pool, park, swings for children, etc. You can rent bikes and ride on very nice trails set all around the resort. Our teenagers very much enjoyed that activity in particular. The staff was really nice ,and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had rooms with balconies and we very much enjoyed that feature. The breakfast buffet was very diversified and we all enjoyed it very much. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone even friends and family members.

Review 12：- Tables in the restaurant (also for breakfast) are reserved for specified (groups of) guests, so you can not choose your own table. Selection of breakfast compensated this by far. - We arrived later in the evening, we asked if the swimming pool was still open - it was. But after we put our luggage into our rooms and had changed for swimming, it turned out to be closed because nobody was using the pool anymore. - Hotel is also used by several touringoperators (busses). This was no problem for us, but can be taken in consideration when planning a holidaystay.
