Review 2：Rooms are very big and clean, free salad coffee bar for breakfast: if you only need tea or coffee, toast and salad for breakfast this is the best solution!

Review 3：For me there's nothing to complain regarding the hotel itself. Perhaps the breakfast could be better. And there was a guest next door (probably from the P.R. of China) who didn't care about other guests at all. E.g. at 6 am he 'closed' the door of his room in a way one could hear even in Khon Kaen.

Review 4：Close to the center of Korat resp. Nakhon Ratschasima. Modern, well maintained building. Kind and helpful staff. Comfortable and well furnished room equipped with a fridge, water kettle a.s.o.

Review 16：Friendly staff that is reasonably fluent in English. Everything was good, including a solid WiFi connection, comfortable bed, clean and quiet room. Having a self-service on-site laundry facility was much appreciated, as we are on a long trip. Hotel manager agreed to store two of our suitcases while we tour Thailand for a few weeks.

Review 17：They've charged our credit card before our arrival. The receptionist showed us it is written in the hotel policy they can do that. Still, it is very unacceptable and never happened to us in any other hotel. (We prefer to pay in cash). The bathroom smelled like sewage.=//

Review 22：Negative: The room-cleaning was poor. Seems like the staff didn't see the dirt. Bathroom-sink was poorly cleaned, and vobwebs in the roof didn't dissapear during our 4 days staying. The breakfast was simpel, only 4 dish-choises. The staff didn't seems to be awared of the costumers. During 4 breakfasts, we 2 times had to contact the staff to get served, even there where only 1 or 2 other thables occupied at the same time. Sorry to say, but the staff did an poor job making this stay an good experiense. One exeption was the staff in the reception, they where polite and gave good information. To the owners: Take a grip of your staff, and you can get an exelent city-hotel.

Review 30：Most of the staff spoke almost no English nor (as far as we could tell) anything other than Thai. We noticed some other guests having some similar communication issues. They do have one person with excellent Japanese, which helped us, but that will not work for most travelers. Once communication was established, everything was fine.

Review 31：on-site restaurant very good, although if you don't care for very spicy foods you may find it difficult to get them to tone it down. Rooms very clean, and surprisingly inexpensive.

Review 34：The doors don't block noise from the hallway very well. The door locks on the rooms are loud, and the noise from people opening and closing doors echoes down the hallway all night (there is no sound deadening in the hallway). Just bring earplugs. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Review 35：Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and modern hotel. Relatively close (by tuk tuk) to the southernmost bus station (probably could be walked in 10-15 minutes, but I didn't try it due to carrying luggage). ~15 minute walk to the west city gate.

Review 38：Despite the staff efforts (ie housekeeping) and excellent service, the hotel had an ants problem. This was evident the moment a crumb fell on the floor. Also, the hotel was new and with a very small fitness facility; but the equipment was lacking (poor quality machines, and no free weights--except extremely light 'Jane Fonda aerobics-styled dumbells', which were unsuited for any real resistance training.
