Review 1：The rooms are not sound proof and the hot water in the bath is available in the early morning only

Review 13：Reception staff unfriendly, don't understand why management don't talk to them. This came up in several reviews I read. Reception is your first point of contact. If they friendly you kinda cut the place a break if there is little issues. Reception staff need to smile more, be friendly hello how can I help you. It's a shame. Breakfast staff not very sharp, no idea about keeping basic buffet full of food, glasses, cutlery. All 3 days tall guy just standing there, had to ask for more plates, glasses. There was only 8 people in the restaurant.

Review 14：The position was very good. Berjaya Times Square, Low Yat Electronics mall 5 mins walk away. KL tower was viewed from my bed. Breakfast was simple but good for me. 7/11 next door, cool restaurant two doors down.

Review 15：They offer breakfast buffet, but it was cold when we had breakfast. Also we had half eaten cake piece in the refrigerator when we checked into the hotel, which didn't leave a good impression.

Review 31：Very rude and incompetent reception staff. It took 4 receptionists 20 minutes to check me in. When I checked out it took another 10 minutes when all they had to do is to get my deposit back. The receptionist insisted that I had underpaid by 2 ringgit when in fact his colleagues charged the right amount. When I showed him my credit card receipt he still didn't accept that the error was with the computer. Throughout my stay, they never said good morning once or even acknowledged me.

Although the staff let me get in my room without the key, there was no electric supply without the key. Blockage wash basin makes the water stay stagnant in the wash basin when we use it. Review 55：Dislike the receptionist that served us first,didn't like her at all she is big dark skin,she looks like an Indian forgot her name, they don't smile not happy to see customers, just discusted by the way they act/ customer sercice, she doesn't speak nicely rude. In addition their AC doesn't work proberly aswel, we had a room with no window so the aircon should of been better becasue its really hot in Kuala Lumper!

I took a taxi outside the hotel to KL Bird Park. The taxi didn't use the meter and I was charged RM20. Atleast cheaper than quoted by the tour desk. The tour desk operation is giving the hotel a bad name.

Review 83：Famous Jalan Alor food street is within 5 mins walk. Nearby is the Bukit Bintang area and cutting through Low Yat Plaza you could get to Jalan Imbi and Berjaya Times Square. Central Market and China town is also within walking distance (15 mins).

Review 84：The carpet inside the lift is very dirty and not vaccumed daily.Bedsheet & towels were not clean. Should have more amenities in the room like face towels, toothbrush. I paid RM138 nett for the room rates but the hotel room looks like it costs RM90 nett.
