The staff were very welcoming, the room was plush, the location was perfect, the parking was very secure, and the whole ambience of the place will always be remembered by those that will stay here.

Review 10：Excellent hotel, excellent staff! There is nothing that we did not like about this hotel! The location of the hotel in great, basically just across the street from the bottom of the hill from where is starts the wonderful medieval center of Sighisoara. The hotel's restaurant is elegant and the food is absolutely exquisite. There are many other restaurants right across the street. The hotel has private parking in the back. If at check in you do not find parking on the street in front of the hotel, the staff of the hotel will quickly guide you to their own parking. If we ever visit Sighisoara again, we will certainly return here!

Review 11：Booked in February at a very "early bird" fee, this beautiful and classy hotel was in the very city center of Sighisoara: the Citadel just in front of us. Wonderful room very spacious, well furnished, spotless with private balcony looking on the internal courtyard. Great bathroom with bathtub. Nice staff Great buffet breakfast Private guarded and gated free parking A dream just for 1 night (you regret not having a longer stay)

Review 12：The location of the hotel can't be better, it's in the old city and a walk away from all the attractions. The breakfast was really good, and the hotel restaurant was unbelievably good. The rooms were Clean, the manager and the staff were really helpful and beds were comfortable.

Review 20：There was a wedding in the restaurant and very very noisy for 23:00 o'clock. We ask them when it will be done and they said 23:00. At 23:15! They called us 2 times (we were already almost on a sleep mood) just to tell us that they cannot stop the wedding and that's it. We just had to listen to that terrible noise considerig that we have asked in out reservation for a quiet room.

Review 22：This hotel was centrally located, within a few minutes waling distance to the old town area. The luxury rooms were a welcome surprise and much appreciated. There is an elevator in the hotel. Breakfast was included, and the croissants were especially phenomenal (better than I've had in France).

Review 23：I didn't reallyl like that breakfast is not included in the price of the room which was not so cheap afterall. The price of the breakfast is overrvaluated, somewhere around 35 Ron, that convertes into @9 US dollars. Price that is not so cheap for Sighisoara. We had breakfast acrosa the road and it was good and @4 US dollars. The personnel is good, could have been great though.

Review 26：Friendly and helpful staff.We had a gorgeous big room with balcony ( 104 ),very high ceiling and huge comfy bed with lots of pillows and great quality bedding.Fantastic views over to the citadel and clock tower.Private parking round the back and the restaurant is one of the best in town.We ate in twice and on both occasions had excellent meals.The breakfast is also good.Would have preferred freshly cooked eggs but they dont seem to do that in Romania.

Review 32：The best hotel in town and one of the best I've ever been to. The room and bathroom were very big, lavish, clean, and comfortable. They give you bathrobes and slippers as well. We had a balcony that faced the inner courtyard. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety and high quality food. The location is prine. Right at the foot of the hill where the old city lies. And the price was very fair. I loved my stay there and would come back for sure.

Review 33：I didn't the room they've put us in, but the staff and the manager handled the situation in less than 10 minutes, by offering us other rooms. Great customer service, you can see that they put a high emphasis on this area.

The hotel restraunt was easily a 5 star establishment with unbeatable prices. One of the meals we had there would have easily run $400-$500 in the states or Italy, it was less then $100. If I ever go back this is where I am staying.

Review 58：The room is heated with an electrical radiator who makes noise in the night because of the ventilator within. The bathroom is small and the toilet is very close (stick) to the sink reason why you cannot use the toilet in a proper manner. The wifi is not great. In the room where we stood I could receive the signal only in the bathroom. Also the breakfast was very poor for a 4 stars hotel (eggs were very dry, the butter was missing, the coffe was filter coffe and it was not good).

Review 61：The hotel has a grand position on a wide street metres away from the edge of the fabulous old Medieval centre of Sighisoara. My room was huge, comfortable and quiet. Staff were delightful. As I'd only booked the day before online, I got a 30% discount. Marvelous!

Review 62：The personnel a bit inflexible even in emergency situations: my husband was sick and they didn't agree to let us check out later than 1 hour :(. We wanted to organise our wedding here and the lady that we talked to didn't even invited us to sit down... Personnel need more training for sure. They are disinterested in the guests and rarely smile or have eye contact with you. A big big minus!

Very nice staff Secured parking lot Free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel (good signal) Nice furniture and room design (the hotel was entirely renovated 2 years ago and was open for business last year). It's a good 4 stars hotel with decent prices (I recommend going during the week, the prices are lower than the weekend). We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday and had a good deal from booking.com. Breakfast was good (a lot of food!). A la carte menu is a bit pricey, but let's remember that is a 4 star hotel. You can eat across the street - there are a few pubs (the prices are smaller). We had a very enjoyable experience and we highly recommend this hotel.

Review 83：They were supposed to give us a room with 2 beds, but it only had one. They did offer us a second room, but it wasn't near the first one. The next morning we needed a room for another day. The manager told us none were available. Shortly thereafter, I was lamenting about it to the desk clerk who told me they had several rooms. I'm not sure what that was all about. There was no one to help us bring our luggage up to our room. We had to go up a few steps which was difficult for us. While it was close to the citadel, it was a very steep walk up to it. Fortunately we could take a taxi for just a couple of euros.

Review 101：The hotel is an high quality four star or even a five star. In any other country it probably should be very expensive. Here it is not. The room is huge and very clean. Receptionist very kind. A must the resturant. If you want to see sighisoara this is simply the best you can chose.
