Review 1：I realize this is not a 5 star hotel, but the breakfast quality and choices are not at par with European 4 star standards.

Review 2：quick attendance by service; I did not like the room I was assigned. upon request for another room, the staff was kind enough to show me all the rooms in my price range that I could choose from.

Review 3：Could use some refurbishment (carpets). Some of the staff belongs to Soviet bureaucracy. Business center doesn't offer much and one of the employees was constantly web surfing on the one computer. Wi-Fi and internet troubles during stay. On site restaurant and bar prices not good value. Taxi service form hotel overpriced.

Review 4：Nice lobby and services within hotel. Some great staff! Good breakfast, great sometimes with cavair and quail eggs. Great view of the Don River from upper floors! Comfortable room, adequate size, nice bathroom, very clean. Good location in the city center.

Review 9：Business luxe room was the same as a standard room but with free access to fitness center and other facilities, BUT this was not mentionned at check-in. Room looked like a 2-3 star hotel as per western standards.

Review 10：Bed was very uncomfortable. They charged almost a full day price for 5 hours early check in, even there are many empty rooms in the hotel.

Review 12：The service and attitude of personnel was too bad. Room power went off at 1.30 am, I reported immediately - was not fixed till morning and multiple calls and visit to reception. I couldnt make coffee or charge my phone or shave - it seems they don't care at all. I have stayed there before many time due to location (from 1997-2004). Nothing much has changed. very bad experience.

Review 34：Absolutely inappropriate to spend 40 minutes around the midnight in order to check in. The reason is the management of the hotel, which arranged just one lady to serve a dozen of guests arriving with the same flight from Moscow.

В номере есть всё необходимое - хороший wi-fi, все мелкие принадлежности - тапочки, банный халат, гель для душа, шампунь, фен. Кровать очень удобная. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Персонал внимательный и чуткий. Мною в номере были забыты личные ценные вещи. Сотрудники отеля в течении часа связались со мной и сообщили о находке. Замечательный отель, всем советую!

Review 40：В этом отеле не чувствуется Россия, это частично отдых на побережье Атлантики! Уровень отеля, качество обслуживания и рабочий персонал очень приближены к европейскому стилю. Это очень радует. Мой муж, американец, был в полном восторге.

Review 43：Отличный региональный отель! Чистый и удобно расположен, в самом центре Ростова. При этом со всеми положенными 4-х звездочному отелю "примочками" - SPA, небольшой бассейн и сауна. В номере любого уровня - халат и тапочки. Вкусненький завтрак, быстрый интернет. Мне, как некурящему человеку, было особенно приятно наличие "не курящего" этажа (а не просто номера, как это обычно бывает). Спасибо, понравилось!

Review 44：Полы в коридорах кривые и очень старый ковролин, во время подъема отключился лифт, все вышли и попытались пройти по лестнице но все двери закрыты на замки! Что же будет если случится пожар. Дверь в номере имела щель внизу 4 см! Это недопустимо - слышно все что происходит в коридорах. В душе дождик китайский самый дешевый вода из него течет во все стороны. Окна очень грязные никто не моет их годами, хорошо что окна открываются.

Review 50：When I arrived the mirror on my wardrobe was dirty and I didn't have any soap in the bathroom. I tried phoning the services centre many times but didn't get an answer so went down to reception. In short, it took a trip to reception and two more phone calls to make them understand that I needed some soap. I was also rather disappointed with the size of the desk (very small and quite cheap-looking) in the business double room. I was also disappointed that I had to pay extra to use the spa facilities.

Review 58：That was my second stay at the hotel. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and delicious cuisine. The room was not very big, but always clean. My special thanks to the maids! I met with partners in the hall on the ground floor several times. There was something to do after work. I visited the SPA area and had a walk along the embankment of the Don River, which was in five minutes by taxi.

Review 61：This is probably the best hotel for non Russian citizens in Rostov-On-Don, but it is lacking in comparison to many Western hotels considering the nightly room rate. Avoid the food, each time it is dry and tasteless. There are many nice restaurants locally.

Review 63：- We booked a Business room 19 m2 but the room was very small (for sure not 19m2) with a very small bed. There was only one towel, one shampoo, one slipper,... So it looked like a single room. We did complain and where offered a bigger room (19 m2) for additional cost of Rubel 300. This room was much more comfortable. So maybe it would be better to directly book on the hotel homepage an "Exclusive Twin Room".- The Price value is not good as in many places in Russia!

Review 65：Cosmetic refurbishment of an old 3 star hotel (Intourist) at best. Rooms are tired and not up to 4 star standard in anyway. Corridors are noisy and no sound proofing in the rooms to give you peace and quiet.
