Review 1：The breakfast, the facilities, the water in the room i have to pay for it,they made a mistake with the payment and forced me to pay more after deducting the amount for my full stay...simply they don't know how to deal with foreign and it should be 3 stars hotel

Review 3：I expected more choice for breakfast , for example scrambled eggs or omelet. Some member of the taff doesn't speak a good english.

Review 6：The pool was lovely and nearly deserted. There were two very suspicious boys trying to make friends with us and when another guest reported them they were immediately escorted off of the property. The hotel is located within walking distance of the new Marina shopping center.

Review 7：No elevator in the hotel, my wife has problem with her knees she suffered from using the stairs. The Internet was very low. did not collect the empty cups and dishes for three days from the hall way where it lift You can see dust on The furniture in the loby

Review 8：Language barrier is a big problem Without Ibrahim speaking arabic, couldn't communicate with any of the staff. Noise problems due to construction works going on, GUYS have you ever considered shutting down the hotel until you finish the construction works!!

Review 9：staff of the hotel are cooperative however, language barrier is a big problem. I liked the cleanness of the hotel and the food quality. Location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which is in my opinion is a good point for me.
