Review 1：No elevator, uncomfortable if you have heavy luggage and more bags to carry. A bit run down.

Review 3：it was far from city transportation,the sleeping bed was awful. in one word that hotel don't deserves to be paid for one night more than 30-40 Euros! i have visited lot of hotels in my life,and i plan to continue to do that... but this hotel for my opinion costs to much for that what he offers me like a guest! also don't forget to be mentioned,there was people that was working on renovation of the hotel and they start to work to early,i was there to have e quiet stay,not working there...!

Review 5：lodge / food area is spacious, which is nice when you travel with kids. There is a small playroom for kids, which was really practical. The staff is very easy going / friendly.

Review 20：This is a "working man's place". No frills, the essentials of what you need for an overnight stay. Anna at reception pretty much knows me by name. The place is so very convenient for me. Easy access to and from the airport. All the main arteries are outside your door and the food is good. Supper and breakfast are included. And although some would complain, I found the fact that they were doing construction a good sign. It shows somebody has some sort of longevity plan for the establishment. I feel I get excellent value for my dollar

Review 32：The location is excellent for the traveller who arrives and leaves by car. It is out of the way if you arrive by train or bus, and you will need to use connecting public transport to get there. Expect 10-15 minutes of (slow) walking from the tram station to reach the hotel. Very quiet area, no nightlife (two-three local pubs of poor to middling quality within 15-20 minutes walk). Located next to one of the arterial roads. Low amount of staff - do not expect to receive support on minor things immediately.

Review 33：The hotel is clean and neat, if a little-run down (from age and use). If you go for the evening meal you are likely to be pleasantly surprised - there is usually two or three items (available sequentially through the meal time - so if you want all main meals, you need to spend two+ hours). The facilities available are of good quality (haven't seen/tried to/even know if there is a gym there), with the pool in the centre of the courtyard. Skinny dipping is neither appreciated nor private. ;) There are TVs available in all rooms and a larger screen in the lobby/meal room, which allows for viewing sports. Beer and wine are available at quite good prices (the house red wine is especially good, imported by their own order and unfortunately not available at Systembolaget), and you can get snacks as well. The hotel is located near one of the arterial roads with rather heavy traffic. The side of the hotel that are located nearest the road are conditioned so that there is little to no traffic noise, but if such is a problem, get a room on one of the other sides. The staff is happy to help, but there are not that many of them. They do help out even with minor things, but it may take a little while. Try to get the room you want as early as possible, the night staff is rather bare-bones. No problem switching rooms - though having a good reason helps ("too loud traffic" is a good reason). All in all, I have stayed at Apple three times and will likely do so more times when I am in the neighbourhood.

Didn't get much sleep.

La ubicación es muy mala, ya que el hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Götemburgo y sin GPS y con la liada de carreteras que tienen montada ahí llegar es practicamente imposible a menos que alguien te ayude como nos pasó a nosotros o vayas bien preparado. Si vas sin coche directamente olvidate. Pagué una barbaridad para una habitación de tres. En las fotos se ve todo muy bonito pero el hotel esta anticuado, viejo y poco cuidado. La sensación que tuve al verlo y estar en él es el de un motel de carretera... las 3 estrellas se las debieron dar hace años, o el concepto de 3 estrellas es ese país es muy distinto al mio. La habitación olía a cerrado y el baño era anticuado. Todo el suelo era un plato de ducha con lo cual, al acabar de ducharte y volver a entrar al baño, habias dejado el suelo empapado de agua. Personalmente a mi ese baño me dió asco. Desconozco si todas las habitaciones són iguales, nosotros estuvimos en la de tres personas, y la tercera cama, un horror. Yo no volveré mas a este hotel, no te lo recmoniendo para nada, vaya. A menos que hagan una buena reforma que es lo que necesita.

Review 86：The building's exterior needs a good jet wash. The hallway carpets need a good clean too. The layout & feel of the building makes me think it was constructed on the cheap. For the same price I've stayed at far nicer business/conf hotels in Scandinavia. Breakfast was ok. The room must have been satisfactory but didn't leave an impression as I can't remember what it was like and I only stayed there 3 days ago.
