Review 1：room was not clean, no dinner possibilities, bed was not made up when we arrived, we had to go back to the reception for another room. we stayed there in a quiet period and it had an impact on the service and facilities. we had to take the car to the city center to have dinner. Comfort of the beds could be better. If you wanted breakfast you had to order it the day before but that was not clearly explained

Review 3：We decided to have breakfast in the hotel. We had to pay € 19 per person. For that price the breakfast was very poor!

Review 4：We arrived early and the room was already made up.

Review 15：The gentleman who appeared to be the owner tried the next day to tell us that it was impossible that someone smooked in room. He made a fool of himself as his own staff already confirmed the sigaretsmoke and gave already a much better service. They also offered a spray and a candle. I hope they will get a compliment for this.

Review 16：I liked the solution that the staff offered when they confirmed that someone had smooked in room 2. The lady was very helpful and we got an other room the next day.

Review 23：taking our shower in a cupboard dangerous stairs in the building. Swimming pool available from 8 AM to 10 AM only. You pay for swimming pool access but you cannot use it. Moreover, if you want to access the swimming pool you need shoes that are rented. No free service. As genius, we had late checkout, they tried to make us pay for this free service. The feeling that they don't follow their contract.

Review 34：Hotel is very minimalist and stylish (don't stay if you want chintz) with most comfortable bed ever. Spa is wonderful and well worth paying for the deal where you get massages, use of private spa etc. restaurant was great - best carpaccio I have EVER had (and I've eaten lots). Staff are just lovely and v helpful - even though not used to speaking English they managed brilliantly. You can easily walk into the town centre in 10-15 mins (v safe) and town is gorgeous with a great shopping centre.

An oasis of calm and tranquillity, perfect after a long day in the car. The food was lovely in the restaurant if not a little fancy for what I wanted.

Review 60：Designer hotel meant that there was no wardrobe - only hangars above the minibar. That meant you couldn't hang a dress there. For some reason, the lighting in the toilet is so bright it almost burns out your retina. But the 2 small downlights in the bathroom mean that you can hardly see to put on your make-up. I turned off the heat in the room but it was far too hot so I didn't sleep well. In general, the hotel is very warm. They could save some money by turning the heat down a bit.

Review 61：Free covered parking. You could easily walk into the town. Next to the railway but absolutely no noise. Large, airy room.

Review 62：Because we arrived around 18:30 there were no standard rooms left. They gave us an apartmemt, which is not used by guests very often. It was a bit cold at our arrival, it was to big for us, and not cosy, there was almost no toilet paper left - we had to ask for more in the reception and we had to carry it ourselves. In order to use the spa we would need to pay an extra €36, and this was not clearly stated when the booking was done.

Review 66：There was a lack of signs, e.g. we were not sure where to go on arrival as the reception area was not clearly identified. When we came out of our room there were no “way out” signs and all the doors looked the same. Although the receptionist was a lovely person, she seemed to be the only one there doing the reception and spa, so a lack of staff. The hotel seemed unwelcoming and unexciting. The room could have had a few more furnishings to make it cosy. The whole hotel was all a bit stark. The pool had different levels and seats etc which were unclear when in the water and should have been clearly marked to avoid hitting yourself unexpectedly.

Review 67：The hotel provided everything as described and it was clean. The spa was nice and the pool water warm. The towels and bath robes were good. The bed was comfortable. The car park area was under cover and secure. We didn’t try the restaurant so cannot comment on that. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town where there are a good variety of shops and restaurants.

Review 68：a bit expensive, comparing with others i have stayed. for this price, the acess to the sauna and indoor pool should be included. some details suggest the hotel hasent been finished, and the wood floors need to be washed.

Review 73：It's a very small (14 rooms) and personal hotel. The wellness area is very modern, clean and offers more than almost any other hotel spa that I've seen. The food (I had dinner and breakfast) in the restaurant was really good as well.
