Review 1：Some guests were noisy and inconsiderate of sleeping neighbours

Review 2：The motel had all the facilities we required for our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful

Review 3：We were a large group of relatives all staying at the motel, so it was very good and handy to have the function room with the spa available to us. The free wifi came in handy too.

Review 4：We stayed here for one night and our room was great. Electric blankets, fast free wifi, TV, kitchen. Great value for money! Impressed by the size of our room.

Review 5：the shower had no pressure and you had to climb up into the shower. no light in the shower so very dark. window in kitchen wasn't sealing properly and let a lot of draught in even though it appeared to be double glazed. Stayed 2 nights and had to pay for extra milk we needed for hot drinks!

Review 7：We booked this specific hotel because of the free airport shuttle, but was not a shuttle was a car and our lugage only just fit. also they could only drop us off at 9am which was a whole hour longer we had to wait at the airport with our 2 year old son. :/

Review 11：It's a little too far from town for a night out, but a taxi fromthere was $15 each way. Otherwise no problems at all.

Review 12：The owners were fantastic, letting us use their garage and tools torepair a broken vehicle as it was raining. Nothing was too much troublefor them. They were very knowledgeable about events happening in thecity. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Review 58：Beds were not very comfortable. The settee in the lounge was scungy - obviously from the 90's with ingrained dirt. Bedspreads were dated and not in the best condition either.

Review 62：The shower had no pressure at all and so was not an enjoyable experience. I know this is often a personal choice in shower pressure but shower spray was so light it was hard to tell if hair was wet or even rinsed thoroughly.

Review 67：Very welcome reception on arrival, with information provided pertinent to my own reasons for being in Invercargill. Having a dog with me, also very accommodating in providing a unit whereby on-going supervision of my dog (in the car) was possible, and in a location where it would not disturb others staying. Guests were provided with a very detailed guest book, and considerable additional material on various activities and attractions were readily available in the reception area. While a little away from the centre of the city, provides an opportunity to reside in a quieter environment, yet still only a couple of kilometres from the city centre. One really wonderful advantage (again having a dog), was the very large empty space of an abandoned school next door, which my dog gave an excellent ++ rating for. Absolute excellent value for money.

Review 68：Quiet, warm (nice to come back to find the heater switched on for us, thanks!), comfortable and, very importantly - clean. I'd book here again if coming back to Invercargill. Helpful staff. The upgrading of the property has the rooms and amenities presenting very nicely. Really appreciated the generous wifi allowance too - something most of our other accomodation choices while in the South Island were rather stingy about.
