Review 1:Staff was quite rude. Room was small, not worth the price. There wasnt any baby coat for our baby even we asked about it long time ago. Too expensive!! Breakfast ok.

Review 5:Currently there is a building site next door and so there was quite a bit of building noise. Hard to avoid to a city like KL with building sites everywhere.

Review 12:Location - close by Bukit Bintang Walk. 10 to 15 minutes to the best shopping centres. We love going to Pavilion for shopping. Parkson is one of our favourite department store.
Review 13:WiFi was poor and often didn't work at all. The staff did their best to resolve this issue which didn't always work. If you rely on the internet to work, be aware that this might be an issue.
Review 14:The apartments were very spacious. Despite the design being quite modern, some of the furniture was a bit worn down. Overall the comfort factor was good with a great view from a top floor. The location is very good. Close to the market in China Town as well as malls and a long street with street food stalls. The staff was very friendly and solution focused in regards to the WiFi issues. Despite the fact that this seemed to be an issue that could only be resolved by the company providing the WiFi, they really did their best to resolve the issue and we found a good solution.
Review 15:Staffs with bad attitude, especially the front desk receptionists. Doesn't seem to know the priority of waiting guests are more important or otherwise. Never be able to give the right reply always. Just bad . The overhead shower in the unit we stayed just wetting the walls rather than our head. Requested to reception for a fix or change to another unit just fall in death ears with sarcastic stares in return.

Review 17:When we got into the room, it was full of cigarette smell, old andpermanent. We asked the staff to do something about it, and they broughtair freshener, it was their only solution. Then we asked to change theroom, as it was impossible to stay there: the windows wouldn't openand we couldn't air the room. The new room wasn't much better,less cigarette smell. Then we looked at the bed linen... That was acomplete disaster: the linen was simply dirty and not fresh. The pillowswere all covered in yellow spots. Again we asked the staff to dosomething about it. They brought "new" pillows and linen,which all turned out to be in the same poor condition. At that point (itwas about 1 A.M.) we started surfing the Internet (which wasunsurprisingly slow and poor as well) for another accommodation. Butthat wasn't everything. Suddenly the air conditioner startedleaking. We had had a long and tiring day, 10-hour road and were readyto accept anything: the smell, unfresh linen, but the leak was "thelast straw that broke the camel's back", we were done and at 2A.M. left the residencies. The receptionist realized everything, saidshe was sorry and returned the money. So we wouldn't recommend thisplace to anybody, there are lots of other hotels near the place, similarprice but much much better conditions.

Review 45:If I was a guess staying in your hotel for a number of days and had already maded full payment upon check in with deposit I should be given a complementary parking but instead sadly I was ask to pay for the parking. On top of that during my stay i had misplaced the official Receipt after paying for the parking which I need to show it the barrier post upon going out when I when the front reception to get a replacement one of your front office staff told me to pay again but I told her I made the payment why must I pay again just to get another copy? However after she checked with her supervisor finally she said its ok I will make you another .copy
Review 46:The front office staff was very helpful and house keep staff for my room 2105 was indeed accommodating to my needs and was always willing to assist in most of my request.
Review 47:Absent and unhelpful bellhop/doorman/conceirge. I struggled with 3 bags and nobody came to aid even after i entered the hotel and even after i checked in. Hotels allowed non-metered cabs to linger in their lobby. There was no fixed hotel transfer price and the conceirge refused to call a cab for us. Taste restaurant staff closed stations ahead of breakfast end time on at least 2 days. No top up of buffet items until a guest asked for it. Buffet cleared with no last call. Basically they wanted to clear even sooner than breakfast end.
Review 48:The location was convenient. Room and hotel overall was clean and almost bug-free.Pool was well maintained and so was the restaurant. Phone staff were helpful and courteous.

Review 61:The roof gardens were not accessable due to maintainance. The main hotel restaurant was closed due to a private function, this should not happen where there are purpose built function rooms. As a guest it was dissapointing when you discover you can't have dinner or lunch in the hotel and have to go out to get it. We were tired and wanted a spa day before a long flight home after 6 weeks of travelling and were unhappy to have to leave the hotel for lunch and dinner as the restaurant was closed for a private function.
Review 62:The concierge were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Review 63:Simply put floor clorine in the pond yards area without put any notice. We seat on top of the yard then cause my pants and my wife blouse damage. Already feedback to the front desk office manager but they just say sorry. Will be the first and the last stay here. The aircond in room also very noisy and cause not sleep well at all.

Especially when construction workers are close by the whole day at the same level. Room had mosquitoes. Reception counter no response whole night. Duty manager responds after 12 hours.

Review 82:The room was spacious and comfortable. Because of the much space it wasn't very cozy, but that's ok. The bathroom was very nice, especially the rain shower. The pool was very good and refreshing. The fried indian bread you can get at breakfast is outstanding. The location is great. There is a really awesome food market street just 2 min walking away. There is a shuttle service to the Petronas towers and China town for free!

Review 88:The breakfast is superb... They have variety kf choices from western to malay and indian food.. The apartment is very clean.. Very pleasant.. The view was nice as i was staying on the 31st floor.. The swimming pool was great.. Eventho i get to swim for only 30mins as i have a flight to catch and the previous days i was all out the whole day..

It was also unfortunate that the sauna at the female restroom and the launderette are under maintenance during our stay (Oct. 18 - 21). We had difficulty in drying our swim suits after our morning swim. Wifi signal is poor in the bedrooms and is weak in general.
Review 92:I got a 2-bedroom suite at the 29th floor facing berjaya times square on Oct 18-21. My mom who is very particular with space and visual appeal of rooms was very impressed. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating especially those who were assigned during breakfast. They give you nothing but the best service and best smiles! Room service also did a great job in maintaining cleanliness and order in our suite. I love how it is strategically located in a peaceful area. If you love shopping then this place is just right for you as you can just walk to Bukit Bintang shopping malls such as Sungei Wang, BB Plaza, Jalan Alor (street food), Fahrenheit, Low Yat Plaza. Teksi charged us 25 RM from KLIA2.
Review 93:Reception service was TERRIBLE, always queues of more than 15 minutes. Most of them were clueless and confused, english needed to be improved as they frequently misunderstood us, even though I was Malaysian! Cleaner also knocked on our door both mornings because he wanted to clean it, the first day at 9am! They need to reorganise his schedule to come in the afternoon. TV reception bad. Construction going on next door at the same level as the outdoor pool. Had to pay to use the "business centre" at the hotel, and wasn't informed of this despite being directed to it twice...

Review 110:Im doing a complaint so pls read this properly !! im noorfaseha binti safhee . u can check the cctv or your poor filing system that I've checked in at your residence on 8 october around 4 pm. u will see how poor ur management are !!1. really bad service!! poor management !! i came on that day after work to celebrate my bff's birthday. we were so exhausted on that day. but your poor bloodiful stuff make it worst !! I did not asked to call the manager because we were late to prepare for the surprise party. u can re-train your staff better after what they did to us that day. I'm not expecting this kind of service from a 4 star hotel and residence coz I myself work as a receptionist in a hotel. I know how a good management should handle this kind of trouble.First of all, the problem started during the check in time. we had to change our card twice, oh fyi our room number was 22209. TWICE! just because of the stupid card can't access the door. we had to went up and down to reception just to change our card. We have asked a housekeeper who we met in the elevator while we were on our way to the reception. surprisingly she was the one who asked our help to go to another floor. she can't even help us! what ashamed !2. poor facilitiesThere was no phone which can we use to call the reception where on that time we were stuck outside of the room. AGAIN we went up and down again and again and again. We can finally get in our room then but another worst thing happened ! after 10 minutes we stayed, the aircond is leaking and the carpet in front of the television was already wet. we were so mad at the moment and informed the reception. gladly, the technician came fast (luckily only this u can proud of) but it still just wasting our time to wait him repairing the aircond. it was about 15 minutes, the technician told us that he can't repair instantly bcz he afraid the aircond might leaking again. so he advice to call reception to change room.

Review 118:People proceeding with my check in not friendly or even smiling at all. Cigarette smoke all along the night coming out from air con system exhaust. No apologize from the responsible when notifying it during my check out. I shortened my stay by 2 days because of the above. No apologize and don't look affected by the incident. Not even sure they are going to investigate as they never proposed another room for me to stay the booked duration. I finally paid for 3 nights even if I stayed only 2. No plug for shaver in the bathroom.
Review 119:The service was terrible. considering this is a 5 star property, i expected a LOT more. Had the staff was very unhelpful. When we asked for a taxi the driver was trying to ask for double what it should be and the bell boy made no attempt to help us to get a fair rate, he simply told us what the taxi driver asked for. As if he wanted to help him rip us off. When it was raining and i asked the receptionist for suggestions for what i can do, she told me that when it rains she stays home and sleeps and recommended i not leave the hotel..we managed to do something on our own. When we returned our beach towels to the attendant in the gym he flat out asked for money. He hadn't given us any service..we were just returning a towel. The wifi was horrible, we had to sit next to the door to get a connection,and even then it was very slow. Was impossible to get a connection in the bedroom. The building itself needs tending too. Many walls were really dirty, we had a hole in the bathroom wall. They ran out of towels on our last day and instead of leaving our used towels they took them and we had no way of drying our hands until 9pm that night, even then, they only gave us 2 bath towels, no hand towels or bath mat.
Review 120:We got upgraded to a better room. Breakfast was nice, but they would take a while to refill and even when they did, they only did a bit and it would be gone quickly. Pool and gym were really nice.

Review 122:I stayed in residence suite. The studio is huge. We had issue with the window and our problem was fixed immediately. The cutleries provided is minimal. Suitable for light food preparations - making toast, heating up takeaway food. Excellent value for money. Staff at the gym was extremely helpful and friendly.
Review 123:Not anything serious, just weak wifi connection, aircon was abit rusty. Missing aircon remote, missing tv remote cover. Other than that it was brilliant.
Review 124:Definitely liked the service the staff provided, efficient, friendly, and gets the job done. The room was amazing with the view facing the twin towers. Spacious, clean and nicely maintained. Best part was the shower with the lower step bath.

Review 130:On the 2nd day I was trapped alone in the elevator for about 10 minutes before they finally got me out (after a violent and shaky decent for a couple of floors). No apology or anything. Then on day 4 all the elevators were offline for at least 2 hours, I was on the 17th floor and had to go down 34 flights of stairs to get out. They just said, 'we had signs up warning everyone' maybe so, but not signs that were clear or in english. When i brought these things up at reception I was basically told "too bad" by the staff there. I go to KL often but I will not be going back there.
