Review 9：This is the most horrible hotel experience in 35 years of business travel. If you are used to Western cleanliness, comfort and service I suggest you avoid this one. It is not safe and they take all your money from card without your knowledge. Rooms are dirty with many things not working, staff do not speak English and are not trained in basic hygiene - It is in a poor location by the bus station bringing refugees in and the described facilities are NOT there (restaurant - not open for guests, and no spar/massage facilities either. Also rediculously expensive - A 5 star in Adana is half the price. I left 1 day early and hotel refused any refund!!! Avoid! I am disgusted that Booking dot com even offer this hotel.
