Review 1：1. I've booked offered price, but nearly charged 20% higher at my departure. With short arguments I've finally reached agreed price. 2. Too high temperature in rooms. Save money in heat less!

Review 4：Liked room number 130. Food choice good for Dinner although dessert choices not great not too keen on cake. Very well looked after by one of the female dining staff.

Review 5：For the check out we had to wait for a very long time. The reason is that the same (and only) person at the reception was doing the check outs and he was selling skiing tickets to interested guests. The hotel should put a separate person to sell tickets which is usually not done in hotel receptions.

Review 10：Top location. Skislopes are 100 m away, 10 km to Austria & Italy. 30 km to lake Bled, Soča river (Narnia was filmed there) etc. Staff takes care for your ski equipment, bikes, they have special room for that. Food is excellent.

The hoteltogether with neighbouring hotels from same hotel-group offers a lot ofwellness possibilities, but guests should be aware that booking beforearrival is recommended. The rooms are nice are tidy, but not very big.Excellent breakfast buffet.
