Review 22：The rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, approachable and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is very central so excellent for the shops, though the beach is a little further. However the private pool and spa facilities are second to none.
Review 23：Our non smoke room was smelling a LOT of smoke.We had to Change room two Times' beaucause of waterleaks and electric damages.And the good was no good in the restaurant.
Review 24：I paid a lot more than what booking.com quoted me on my booking. I will not be using this method again. The hotel said they have to charge the rate on the day. This came to £50 sterling more than what i was originally quoted. I could have stayed at the Hilton five star for the price I ended up paying. No kettle in the room either and the charge for coffee & tea as room service was a bit high.
Review 25：Location was good. Close to everything, harbour, city centre & shopping centres. Fish markets all nearby also. Staff were friendly but very poor English - some could speak none at all.
