Review 1：In the meeting dinner, instead of wine, I would like to drink beer, however, the waitress told me no. Although I gave the hotel 20 Euro for the dinner, I had no chance to select my drink.

Review 4：Very friendly and problem-solving oriented hotel manager, inside pool, varied breakfast, nice new beds and bedding.

Review 5：Although rooms were clean, they really call for renovation. Beds were not too comfortable. A shower holder does not keep the shower handle in a fixed position - it moves rapidly in all directions...

The nice,kind lady manager was very understanding and immediately moved me to asuperb suite, floor 2, at the end of the corridor - silence was golden!Views over the slopes beautiful!

Review 45：The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing. The facilities for skiing include a locker room and also hire of equipment is very close by. The spa is lovely and relaxing. The staff in the restaurant were excellent.

Review 46：Functional but poor value, possibly partly due to the Hit Hotels near monopoly in Kranjska; breakfast selection was large but of poor quality - very glad we weren't half board; staff were generally quite grumpy; room was very dated, despite alleged re-vamp in 2002; very noisy facing the main street - karaoke at 2 am is not my idea of a good night's sleep.
