Review 1：Very very helpful staff. Went above and beyond. Made to feel very welcome and at home One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in this trip Location is excellent for shopping and restaurants Good secure parking just across the road, easy access Magic view of the city centre from the 6th floor balcony

Review 10：Where do I start? Paid 220 per night for the best room they have which I was not given. Upon complaining I was told management would sort it the next day which didn't happen. Was treated like a criminal, disrespected and highly offended at the way the manager tried to deal with it. I would not recommend this hotel, stay at the ascot instead they are always fantastic and friendly!

To the point I'm delighted to pass on my positive sentiments now, as had meant to write them in a letter but never got round to it.

Review 32：Having travelled extensively both in New Zealand and overseas, I would say that the outstanding welcome that I received on arrival would be as good as anywhere I have ever stayed - it made me want to come back. The room was well appointed, the bed great and the room service top-class. I would happily stay at the Kelvin when I am in Invercargill again.

Review 33：The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly, there was some 'white stuff' on the floor, it looked like it had been swept up under the bath ledge. This was there both days!
