Reviews for Punjadara Hotel
Review 1:Very miserable staff. The check in girl managed to do what I thought was impossible. She checked us in without saying a word. That despite my companion being Thai. Breakfast starts at 6am. I went to the restaurant at 610 and helped myself to juice and cereal and after had to search for a waitress to cook an egg to go with the cold sausage and ham. She did so without a word and very reluctantly. At 625 someone went around lighting flames under the rest of the cold food. It must have been 7 o'clock before it was edible.
Review 2:Good value for money. Large, clean comfortable room. Good parking.
Review 3:Local business hotel; expect lots of stares from other guests during breakfast (as a foreign tourist). The western spelling of the hotel name does not represent Thai pronounciation, having the name written down in Thai helps with tuk tuk or taxi. It's pronounced more like "pandjadara" but our map and hotel business card worked better.
Review 4:Room was a bit old but clean. Cheap for the type of hotel. City center at walking distance. Helpful staff. OK breakfast. Good wifi. Funny movie theme throughout hotel.
Review 5:Check in was the worst. Bed was hard as a rock, breakfast was poor.
Review 6:About the only thing to like was the location and the price.
Review 7:Only 2 English TV channels. Movies were all in Thai

Review 14:Nothing
Review 15:Breakfast was a little boring since most of it had gone buy a tour group who must have had an early start.
Review 16:Good location with secure parking for my motorcycle. Rooms are large and comfortable, the breakfast room turns into some sort of weird cabaret room at night time, very entertaining.
Review 17:Plague of insects in the bathroom, not mosquitoes, but black crawlers varying from millimetre to centimetre in size. I think they lived in a cupboard under the wash basin. Bathroom was generally scruffy. Reception staff unfriendly as if they didn't like their job.
Review 18:Big rooms. Lots of storage. Good hot shower. Buffet breakfast quite good. Good beds, clean linen. Aircon very effective and quiet. Table and two swivel chairs, a nice touch.
Review 19:Staff attitudes, from front desk to bell station to restaurant were not what one has come to expect in Thailand.
Review 20:Hotel is about 40 years old but is still in good condition. The rooms are large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quite good and I thought it was good value for money.
