Review 1：The bed that I had during my recent stay was slightly hard and the bed stand was squeaky. But the other bed was soft. I guess this is due to heavy usage but it was manageable. Still managed to get a decent wink.

Review 2：We stayed in a Premier superior room that was very spacious for a group of 4 adults. They have a team of housekeeping who always make up the room to perfection every time. All the staffs, from frontline to waiters to housekeeping, in the hotel are friendly and courteous. Loved the breakfast range. Stayed there for 4 nights and breakfast menu changes every day. This is my fourth time staying at Berjaya Times Square Hotel and I never once get bored of their breakfast selection. Rooms that I have stayed in so far all offered splendid views. Even when it was a low floor, we have a beautiful view, especially during sunrise and sunset. Gym and swimming pool was well maintained. No faulty equipments in the gym. Even provided gym towels at the gym despite the ample towels provided in the room. Loved the fact that the hotel is connected to the mall and the train station. It is so accessible and makes it safe to move about when you return to the hotel at night. Everything you need is found at this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Kuala Lumpur. Kudos!!

Review 11：Here goes, we booked BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE like a month plus ago. We checked in after 4pm.Asked for our reservation, what i was surprised to know that, there isn't any suites available left for us to stay for 1 night during our 6 nights of stay. We were like, we booked it, better have it.So the recovery was that we were given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay at their Big Apple Buffet Restaurant. It's breakfast, we have to wake up every morning for the breakfast and have to sacrifices our sleep. Which made us so tired at day 4, we were already tired just because we were catching up with the breakfast and get out from hotel. Should have bargain for more complimentary items there for the unnecessary waking up reason.Back to the service, the bellman service. Day 1 we were told to get into 2 separate rooms. Day 2, we will be going to our suites. Now the best part. It was 4pm, receptionist told us that he will send his staff, which is the bellboy, to our rooms immediately and help with the transfer of rooms. We waited for an hour, called the front desk nicely, half an hour afterwards no one came, called again, telephone was useless in room 1, need to go room 2 to talk to the person on the phone, shouted and slammed the phone, went down to the receptionist, shouted again given them 15 minutes, heart pain, went back up, soon bellboy came at 6, that took 2 hours, went to our rooms, FOR THE WHOLE 6 NIGHT, WE HATED BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE.Our rooms toilet heater was down, called maintenance late night which was like at 12 or 1 in the morning. To be honest, i have called for the maintenance 4 times. Still, no improvements on what to be fixed.Not all hotels gives bad service and experience, its is base on luck, truly. But because of luck, we will never be staying in Berjaya Times Square anymore. The recovery is just not enough. Customer are lawfully right at times especially tourist.

Review 12：If you want to get into higher level for ur room, you may want to click on, smoking rooms. There will be opened top windows for a smoke ventilation but you can climb and close it yourselves, becareful though. I dont want to hear news about someone falling down from a high-rise hotel. Location is great, if you are from Singapore, take the coach, Grassland or Starmart or there are some other bus coaches which stops right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Theres a mall located below. Okok laa not bad. Getting around is very convenient. Monorail connect from Berjaya Times Square. Do your research on their train stops on where it goes to before getting there as you will need to know places which excites you for the train lines.

Review 13：Cleanliness was horrible! Our room wasn't done although we checked in at midnight; it was very dirty. Changed us the next day to another seemingly better room where after half an hour we found cockroaches under the sofa. We complained and they moved us to yet another room which they called "vip" room and offered us dinner, which turned out to be only a main course and a drink! Very horrible experience. Save your money!

Review 16：The furniture very old, dirty feeling and dirty spots on the lounge. This is not a 5 star hotel. View that they gave us was infant of a construction site and Iv requested a city view. They told us that by the next day there will be a room given to us as what we requested. At the end they offered me a room with the same view. The front desk staff are so careless . It is a very busy and crowded hotel. You would have to wait more than 5 min for the lift.

Review 43：There seemed to be some sort of plumbing issue as water in the basin, toilet and the shower took time to go down the drain.Wifi in the lobby and near elevators worked fine. However, no wi-fi signals in the room. TV had only 3 or 4 English channels.

Review 44：Location was excellent. The hotel is attached to the Times Square Mall, which is one of the most popular 10-storey mall in KL. Also has a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. Beds were great, AC was perfect. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were large, with a tub as well as stand-shower. Had a nice and small kitchenette with a sink.

Review 48：One of our room and the living suite aircon not working for 2 days. Another suite room for my parents water heater not working even after complaining to hotel. My parents got to shower in cold water and my children slept in a non aircon room for 2 days.

Review 49：The same room smell of heavy cigarette smoke. The other room was not avaiable during check in time at 2pm. They promise to send me the keys when ready but did not. At 4.30pm I rang up reception and only then did a staff send the keys to me unwillingly.

I stayed at rm 3803 the attendent also very helpful.All the Staff we approached are helpful,we enjoy staying there as it was recommended by a friend of mine in singapore and next year might be coming for holidays there too.

Review 105：My family stayed at the 2-bedroom apartment on the 30th floor. Bedrooms and toilets were very spacious and we got a good view of the city. Despite other reviews that the beds were hard and the TVs were old,I felt the beds were comfortable and there were 3 LCD tvs in the apartment. Wifi connection was generally good. There was a wide selection of breakfast mostly of local dishes which were fresh and delicious.

Review 109：Pool open till 10pm. Mall was part of hotel. Parking was accessible, direct lift access to hotel. Clear security presence. Security officers were seen caring out duty accordingly i.e not slacking off.

This recent trip 21/11/2015 A very disappointment trip I stay at east tower 1. The house keeper after clean my room, they didn't give me bath tower. I called for request tower. They didn't apologize at all 2. Didn't give me mineral water 3. The mini bar lights suddenly spoiled in the middle of night. The lights blink blink non stop. 4. For the east tower, the parking lot hard to find And the most importantly The prices already increase getting more expensive and breakfast not included Really not worth! The 'kitchen' was a room with cupboards but not one knife/fork/bowl and no microwave even so it was a waste of time having it as there was no way of cooking/heating anything. Air conditioning did not work in the bedrooms and took several hours to be fixed, two nights later the air conditioning to the whole suite stopped working. We had to move rooms once as there was a horrible smell coming from one of the toilets. We saw a cockroach in the baked beans in the breakfast buffet and when we advised a staff member, they removed the spoon and left the whole container of baked beans there.

Block B for reception & check-in but Room given at Block A, quite a distance, very inconvenience, require taking lift to 15floor for transit from Block B to A & vice versa to room. Room given had old Wardrobe, TV cabinet, LCD TV(28ins) & worn out two seater sofa(seat cushion sinking). Recommended refurbishing the room amenities for a 5 stars hotel standard.
