Review 3：The staff were welcoming & friendly during our stay. We had a family room which was huge and extremely comfortable. The hotel was in a great location near many of the amazing sights.
Review 4：The lift might fall someday I booked my reservation for 2 days but when reached the hotel reception to change my reservation to 1 since my customer is coming to pick me up..and that i cant stay for 2 days..she saidd no way ill charge you for 2 days only and if u want you can leave in 1 day.. so these people dont listen even before check in so be careful with your dates...they are extremely on cooperative

Review 6：The hotel is on a busy avenue. Room was not silent enough until around 1 am.
Review 7：We had an instant upgrade thanks to receptionist and stayed at suit room. Very clean and nice room. The hotel is in the city center, easy to catch a bus and go to popular places of the city. Stuff was very helpful. They gave good advice about where to eat or how to go to a certain place. Breakfast was good.

Review 37：We visited Mersin for a wedding at the Kervan Dugun Salonu, this turned out to be just a one minute walk away! Hotel is ideally located in a very busy shopping area with a taxi rank just outside.
Review 38：We made a stop here due to the trip was to long for a day. Located near our route and in the middle of town was the reason for choosing this hotel, not the hotel. For this it was near perfect and the prize was right. Room and breakfast OK noting more or less.
Review 39：The lounge wasn't really open for use in the evening. Although the staff served us tea it clearly was not normally served. I think we could have had room service at an extra charge but we would have liked to sit comfortably in the lounge.
Review 40：For us the location was good because we went for shopping. The room was quite well presented and big enough to move around easily. From the road the entrace doesn't look so good but once inside, the hotel is well decoratd and clean. Very helpful reception staff.
