Review 11：The restaurant breakfast was typical of Asian hotels, not much to choose from and very little western style food. The dinner was Thai food which I love, however this had to be some of the worst Thai food I've had in Thailand in the last couple of years.

Review 13：we stayed on the 7th floor but there's no wifi access as the staff said the signal couldn't reach. Then they should have informed us that the higher we stay, the less signal we would get. But once we walked around we found that there was a internet router on our floor so we just couldn't understand. The staffs said nothing when we asked which was very annoying. I definately not recommend to anyone.

Review 15：1st Room given smelt very bad, Thai girlfriend complained for me, was told no other rooms available, I went down to reception to check out, told them the room smelt very bad, was told no other rooms so I was checking out, then another room became available, 2nd room was much better, clean. On the morning of checking out about 2 hrs before we were to leave all the Electrics went off in the room, called reception but no one came, girlfriend had wet hair no hair dryer had to use toilet in reception as no lights in bathroom in room. Breakfast for Thai's no western food, even though I like Thai food.

Review 17：Great value hotel, big room, big bed, big flat TV, big covered inside car park, nice coffee shop, very friendly staff, owners and managers, bathroom a little dated but superb value for ฿1000 a night. This hotel is not in the city centre, so you do need a car or taxi for the centre, plenty of local bars and restaurants.
Review 18：Very disappointed that your organisation doesn't subscribe to normalcivilised rules about misrepresentation and false advertising; Yourwebsite at the time of booking said you have a swimming pool...when wechecked in we were told you did not (or at least not one that was readyfor use)...and it is still being advertised as open on your website.That situation (whether dishonesty or stupidity) is simply unacceptable in today's world, particularly for Westerners like myself. To compound the issue, did we receive anything more than a nice smile and a "sorry" for the misrepresentation? No. Very poor form.
