Complex Kamelia is positioned in the area of the Stoudenets Ski Lift in Pamporovo, at an altitude of 5,400 feet. Free of charge, guests have access to the hotel’s indoor pool and fitness facilities. The Spa Area is available at a surcharge. All units come with free wired internet connection.

Review 2：The pool is great. All facilities are extremely clean. The location is beautiful and very close to the ski slopes. The personnel was helpful and polite.

Review 11：Very bad treated from the stuff without any respect to the customers. The Reception and Restaurant managers are super cold, never a smile. The restaurant stuff very bad behaviour, absolutely no respect to the clients. Speaking loudly bad words about the clients. No good internet in the rooms. The cleaning is everyday but not good.

Review 12：The Hotel is located very close to the Ski pists. The rooms are equiped with nice kitchen with everything. It is great for little children. Nice Kindergarden with outdoor activities, nice kids center with a lot of games, outdoor games for the kids in the snow.

Review 46：Complex Kamelia offers the perfect holiday stay, it is the most beautiful hotel in Pamporovo (the best winter resort in Bulgaria) and has the best location! The complex is only 100m from Studenets which allows easy access to the ski tracks and lifts while in the same time is tucked away from the crowds. You can get everything you want in the complex - ski/snowboard equipment and teachers, nice spa center and swimming pool, restaurant, tavern and a traditional Bulgarian mehana - all of which are very reasonably priced, the food and drinks cost less than in Sofia. Everywhere is very warm so bring a t-shirt :) The apartments are spacious, new, well furnished, very cosy and clean, with all necessary amenities and a fireplace, and offer beautiful views. Last but not least, the staff in the complex is very kind, helpful and professional - the reception desk, the maids, the waiters, at the ski wardrobe and the spa, everyone. Definitely a great place to stay!
