Review 2：We were welcomed by a lovely manager with the name Mr. Diaa Saleh. It was an easy check in and he gave us a few welcoming drinks. He really was such a lovely manager. The staff were amazing and the rooms were kept on point. The cleaning staff never shied away from hard work. They did their utmost to fulfil every one of our requirements. The hotel manager even helped us with recommendations for good local food and activities. One of the hotel staff whose name was Mr. Omar Al Hawsawi was really amazing. He really went out of his way to do everything possible. He worked in the morning. Once we needed to eat at McDonald's so he took his own car, waited in the queue himself and delivered the food to us in our room. This kind of service I've never seen anywhere. Even in the UK. We were touched by the genuine love and care this hotel showed towards us. The staff were fantastic. The hotel was modern and nicely kept. The rooms and suites were a nice size. Generally it was a fantastic hotel. The location is just a heartbeat away from all the local shops. 15 minutes away from the airport. One must definitely stay here when they're in Yanbu. It's affordable and the love and care you get is the best. Thank you to all the staff as I genuinely believe that you guys are a huge credit to this hotel. Keep it up!! Maa as salamah.

Review 3：We have a very good holidays in Yanbu ,good location the only downside no restaurant in the building which will be very useful for customers.The staff on night shift was very gentle help to book us in restaurant and also the transport.

Review 4：From the picture I didn't expect the hotel to be in such a run down dirty area although the hotel itself is a nice building. I couldn't get rid of the musty smell coming from the bathroom, very unpleasant

Review 9：Great value and very clean. The guys at the front desk are very nice. Look out for the Morgan Freeman look alike uncle amin. He is awesome and speaks perfect English. Great guy. Also the best fish restaurant is a block away. Alugrafy. ..great fish there.

Review 10：I have a comment on booking , I booked deluxe suite with see view one week before my check in date , when I went there they told me no available room with see view , so what's the option of booking now? And by the way prices from hotel same booking.

Review 13：This is a relatively newly opened suites hotel. Staff were courteous enough to call us before we reached the premises to confirm our reservation. Staff were understanding & helped us greatly by giving us an extension stay of a couple of hours when we were at a hospital appointment for our child as all appointments ran late delaying the normal checkout time of 12 midday & for this favour we say a very big 'Shrukran' :() The lounge seating area doubles us as beds that can be used by young children.

Review 14：Staff was slow to respond in supplying some additional necessities. WiFi performed poorly. Some electrical installations like hair dryer did not work due to incompatible sockets.
