Review 1：Wee bit run down. Housekeeping sometimes done very late (4-5pm). Asked for safe to be opened, as we arrived with it already locked, and told it would be sorted but it didn't get sorted. So had to ask again.

Review 5：The staff don't speak English or Arabic. The mattresses were too firm; felt like I was sleeping on the floor. No hot water; had to take cold showers. The food was basic. The hotel charged me triple what I agreed on paying when I made my reservation through Booking.com. They also charged me for the day of departure eventhough I left the hotel at 5 am (before noon which is their check out time) I could have stayed at another hotel and had front sea view and balconies, swimming pool and workout center for less than what I paid for this hotel. The Wi-Fi connectivity was very weak if available. Too noisy.
