Review 1：After booking I had to contact them about a matter , they responded quickly and with a nice friendly attitude , this attitude continued on our arrival and check out . The unit was above what we expected for the price , very good value .

Review 10：Everything about this stay was perfect. The accommodation was excellent with everything we could possible need in the room. Also the facilities on site (laundry/clothes lines/pegs) was great and we were even offered a clothes horse if the clothes weren't dry on the line.

Review 16：Very big apartment great for a family. Staff is kind and we could leave our baggage for a day while we were travelling to Stewart island and back so it was perfect.

Review 17：The only niggle was when the car park was stolen by a car which was parked right in front of the door and was told it belonged to a staff member. Wasn't very fussed about it as I was checking soon but it would be great if they were more aware about where staff parking should be.

Review 18：The comfort and practicality of the unit was amazing and felt safe as well as being quite warm despite Invercargill being one of the coldest places in the country. Staff was amazing and was very private and good value for money.

Review 21：Two storey loft apartment. Large bathroom with spacious vanity, heated towel rack and anti fogging mirror. Spacious loft bedroom with comfortable mattresses. Two flat screen TV. Fresh milk and Anzac cookies.

Review 22：This was a very spacious and attractive unit. Although we did not use it, the spa bath was an added extra ( but not good if you have trouble getting in & out of a bath). The shower was hot, the toiletries good and the towels fluffy. We could walk to the centre of town easily. The laundry facilities were good and easily accessed. The bed was upstairs and the bathroom down - this may prove an inconvenience for some.

Review 29：The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived after dark and our unit had lights on inside and out for us and it was lovely and warm. Lots of room for an adult and 3 teenage girls!! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Review 34：We've been coming to the Balmoral for over 15 years off and on now. Great location, room was great had everything we needed. We were worried about the noise (as last visit was noisy due to a barking dog) but this visit was very quiet.

Review 47：No reason to complain about anything. This was a very good value for money, plenty of space in the well-equipped room, friendly welcome. Walking distance to the town centre and the Southland Museum which is definitely highly recommended.

Review 48：We stayed in a One-Bedroom apartment. Really impressed by how spacious the room was. Everything is clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure is the best comparing to all the other places I have stayed in the past 10 days. Delighted to have 250MB free wifi available although the facilities on the booking stated internet was chargeable. This is enough for us to check on emails and tourism information. Other facilities included bottle of milk and local newspapers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks to the girl at the counter (sorry I don't know your name) who printed an Invercargill airport map for us. Overall this is an excellent place to stay, highly recommend.

Review 54：It hailed like crazy when I checked in and kept raining so the activities I had planned were scratched; host suggested alternatives such as going to Bluff that were okay. Can't help the weather. Room was super large--big enough for a family.

Review 64：The management and staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Not request was too much trouble and hospitality was was beyond any standard motel. If we return this will be our first choice accomodation for sure.
