Review 1：Too surprised and overjoyed to find out upon arrival as the hotel offered me an upgrade to king suite without additional surcharged. What a perfect start. had a very pleasant stay.

Review 2：Reception staff need to have at least smile on their face. Malaysian's are known for poor customer service but at least the hotel staff can put some efforts.

Review 3：Room had kitchen, although I have not used but good to have in the room. Comfortable and clean room plus a good view of Petronius tower. Internet connection was very good. Pool was nice, unfortunately did not get a chance to use it.

Review 4：Old and worn down place. Noisy aircon, and a lot af noice from the outside too - i guess it was the aircon. The rooms are generally in need of a refresh. Pool was nice but the problem was that the staff insisted on playing really bad club music extremely loud from 10:30 in the morning. Club versions of 5 year old pop songs. Every day a had to ask them to turn down the music. After complaining the the 10th time, I asked why they would just play some lounge og relaxing music, but it turned out they only had 7 cd's playing on repeat. Finally I got them to turn of the music. I get why you want to create a club atmosphere at 10 in the evening, but not at 10 in the morning. There were only families with kids at the pool, and everybody hated the music. I would also be nice if they would clean up in the morning. There were empty beer bottles and ashtrays at the pool every morning. This hotel have had its better days, but it would take a lot the bring up the standard.

Review 6：customer service was slow to respond. asked for cork screw for our wine and took an hr to respond even with repeated reminders. maintenance of the rooms was poor, light bulbs not changed and drainage system in the shower was bad.

Review 16：Location is near Menara Tower and KLCC so you can just walk around the area. Very spacious room and really clean and well maintained I was booked in a suite and they upgraded my reservation with no additional costs. You pay not so expensive but the experience is really high class.

It is complicated to use the lifts, it is like a maze, you need to change, then take the stairs and lift and stair if you want to go to the swimming pool from your room. Breakfast itself was poor selection of food. Not enough variety of fruits when fruits are in abundance in Malaysia. Compared to other 3-4 star hotel this was really bad.

Review 26：Room design is very outdated. Corridor was eerie and too dark. Room table seem to be stained with previous guests usage. Bad experience with check in. Staff was unprofessional, talking bad in front of the foreiger about them with his mother tongue. Although the foreigner did not understand the words, he can still understand the rudeness of body language. We were also a young couple, we DID NOT get the same respect from the staff at the lobby compared to the foreigners. We expected more from this place.

After obtaining the free parking ticket from the reception, the front desk agent should inform the guest to still validate the ticket in the auto-pay machine before exiting the building. Review 33：The staff when I was calling from the room asked to changed the room for view purposes, she (Ms.Aswana) told me yes they still have an availability room in their system. But when we bring all our luggage go to front desk, the front liner in the 'cold' emotion said no availability room & no help so much for that (Ms. Mimi). The front liner should me know how to calm their guest and give other solution or suggestion. During the check out times, there is foreigner guest complaint about the GST amount. The front liner not did well and asked his superior inside go in and out makes that foreigner feel bad. Its just in matter the GST charged in each for night stay,thats all. He need to tell that guest the separated amount and GST its count by night stay not lum-sump. Need to trained more for the front liner due this hotel is considered 4/5 star rating hotel. Besides, I can see a lots of foreign guest staying there. This cant impact hotel image , reputation and Malaysian culture as total.

Walking back to hotel during night time is a bit dangerous as some of the road areas are quite dark. Public transport fare will be much more expensive den u ordered a grabcar.

Review 53：Some light fittings were broken. Not enough shower pressure in the bathroom. Would have took at least 2-3 hours to fill the bathtub with that pressure. The water jet in the toilet (WC) was broken. Only 10-12 channels on TV and mostly were in local languages.

Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping centre etc. Staff was polite and very helpful. Beautiful view of the city from the room (I asked for the same). Review 68：Located right opposite the KL Tower and within walking distance of KLCC, Hard Rock Cafe. The Weld Shopping Mall is within 5 minutes walk with some choices for meals.

Review 69：I think the hotel could have a more enforced policy of control of noise from guests. I had a family of many on my floor, who yelled at each other non stop. Perhaps keep a floor available for solo, or adults only? Would still return again though and give the hotel a high recommendation too.

And my leg fell so painful.I made a call last.unbelievable ,even i said about the accident for the third time ，they still ask me going down to the seventh floor 。Are u kidding me！！！the third time I went to the front desk, they made a call checked and said the same answer with the second time.And the girl seemed unhappy about me, So I need to back again.Fortunately,the the third time I back to the room,wifi is available. Finally ,they solved the problem,but I fell so angry about the attitude,Why don't you just come to my room???

The pool looks awful, old furniture and it shows that they did not change anything in years. Also we had announced our arrival few days before and requested a particular room arrangement and they did not do anything about it.

Isn't that a standard selection at every hotel. I requested for a high floor room but it's not that high and we don't even have a view.

The staff didn't seem to care about the situation, all too blasé about a complaining guest!

Review 94：We've stayed 2 nights at this "5 Star" hotel. At the reception they forgot to inform us about there is no electricity almost the whole day. I have asked for compensation and the manager offered us free breakfast for the next day which was quite nice. Later on I've noticed that the shower gel is missing.. It took 3 calls and 1/2 hour to get the shower gel. The second night there was a DJ event at the hotels Luna bar. We were havin drinks when the waiter came to us and said "You have to move" I've told him that we reside at the hotel and he did not care and give our place to people came from the street cause they ordered a bottle of sg. I don't find the service 5 star. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I'll never be back here

Review 96：The hotel shut off all power for an entire day and gave us no advance notice until we checked in. They also had a private event at the pool for the other day we stayed. We had specifically chosen the hotel because of the rooftop pool which we had limited access to. When we did have access to it, the area looked very run down and not at all like the photos. The seating area was dirty and there was green buildup on the walls and pool tiles. The hotel offered us nothing for having the power out, even though we had to be out of the property for an entire day. The overall experience was very poor and for being a nicer hotel we were all extremely disappointed and felt we could've gotten a better experience at a cheaper hotel.

Review 103：The lobby looks impressive but the good side stops there. The rooms and other facilities are showing their age – both in appearance and in maintenance. Whilst the rooms and the bathroom might be large, most of the furniture is chipped or damaged. The same goes for the swimming pool – located on the top floor it could be great – but time is taking it’s toll and it looks very tired and dated. It’s also the only place to get a drink in the hotel without having a meal – and if you don’t want to listen to all the noise associated with a pool don’t go there. During our stay the flush for the toilet in our bathroom broke so we reported it when leaving the hotel to explore for the day. On return we went to the room and used the toilet – but guess what – it hadn’t been fixed and it took further calls to provide a maintenance man. I discovered a used band-aid by the bath, together with long black hairs on the bathroom floor- definitely not ours. These were reported (including showing photos) but the complaints obviously fell on deaf ears as the items were still there when we left 2 days later. Very poor. The whole bedroom / bathroom is very dark with totally inadequate lighting making even reading a book / magazine difficult. A bulb had failed in the bathroom but this took 2 calls to be repaired. The aircon sounds like a loud tumble drier. The internet connection is not only slow but requires you log on every time and endure a lag whilst they show you pictures of the hotel – unless you like them on Facebook. Not worthy of a multi star facility Come on Pacific Regency. 5 stars local, 4 stars advertised? Hardly worth 2 stars. Not recommended

Review 116：Very bad staff treatment, the deposit required was 200 ringit, we said that we will pay 100 and they agreed. later we discovered that they have cut the Internet, not allowed to use the phone and not allowed to take the breakfast without paying cash. although if they have mentioned the same, we could have paid the 200 as a deposit. They need much more training on the customer service and how to deal with people. Also they have knocked on our door twice at 8:30 am to check the fridge even we have put the 'don't disturb' sign.

Review 117：The check in and check out times were quiet drawn out as the reception area is very small. Think l that bathroom was starting to look a little dated and didn't quiet match the room for finishing touches. Breakfast was ok, with limited selection and the egg counter was ridiculous.

Told them it was our anniversary and that I had specifically called ahead for that reason, but was 'politely' told there were none left. Felt more like lip service than genuine care and consideration. Place was ok, but the staff seem bored and indifferent, and the whole place feels like it has seen better days. Still, good value for the price.

Review 124：Nice enough place for the price. Excellent location being beside the KL Tower (not the Petronas Towers) and near a popular street with many bars (LOTS of talent) and a TGIF. Breakfast was good, room service good, elevators fast, kitchenette stocked with the necessities, though no microwave. Nice bathroom. Big fridge.

Review 125：The refrigerator, which is large, did not cool adequately, the utensils and other kitchenware needed to be requested and prompted from time to time. No adverse smell was noticed although we heard of bad reviews of it earlier. In-room dining does not add up to expectations...although service is fine.

Review 126：Excellent facility location, spacey room allowed kids to run around and play - 2 TVs provided additional viewing opportunity as well as hotel staff friendly and attentive - response time quite good - most often within few minutes from calling the reception. Review 134：The Hotel is located right next to Menara KL TV Tower. From there the access to the monorail is just 5 min walk. Also the PETRONAS Towers or Pavilion shopping mall are in walking distance.

Review 135：1. building used for offices too. only a few floors are occupied by the hotel. 2. chaos with lifts. not all of them serve all floors and u have to swap lifts to go from your room to the breakfast restaurant or rooftop bar. 3. TV signal very poor. 4. pool was small.
