Review 3：this's was my second time visiting Golden Marina , First time was a year a go ..and it was nice Furniture and clean and " New " and we thought Golden Marina is the one which will spending good time every year .. and this time was very bad , i think the owner is only Focusing more on collecting money than paying enough money for Repairs and Maintenance Reception is very bad .. very bad customer service .. girls who's answering the phone are great .. but other shifts " Men " very bad attitude last Year when i cam they have a small Poor Cafeteria for Drinks and now it's even worse .. very bad i suggest them to close it or they can just clean it and add more stuff to it .. Air Conditioning is bad .. never been clean or Maintained and we Trust booking always look for the best places for us ..

Review 5：Faciloty is falling apart, it is detoriating, 1- water pool can't be changed. It is only circulated. 2- pest control is not done well, dogs and cats are everywhere present in the resort.you have to watch your children as they are wild dogs yelling every day. 3- Toilates are smilly, waste waster stays in the toilet as there is no prpper slop. 4- shower facilities are damaged, you have to hold the shower hose as it can't be fixt in the wall. 5- external shower looks very bad. 6- kitchen is not clean, oven is not working, lights are not enough. 7- all chalets painting are scrached out. 8- when you need anything from the "resort" you have to go to them, their phone is not working!! When you request pool cleaning, they will arrive in 30-40 minutes. 9- Reciption personall are useless and arrogant , they keep telling you that the rent of these chalet are way too high of what you habe paid. As if you have it for charity!!

Review 11：The rental price is too high Annoising at the resort as they are working for innovation it's like ironnig workshop!!! Two of the three bathrooms are too small and not comfortable Both doors are not secured specially the one to the swinning pool

Review 13：The kitchen needed updating and there were no cleaning brushes or mops. Needed more crockery and cutlery (no cups or mugs for tea, no sharp knives) Wifi was very poor. The phones didn't work properly. The showers leaked into the room and there were no mops to clean up with. No cleaning staff came to tidy up. Nowhere to dry clothes after washing/swimming. The resort needs to organise transport to other places at a reasonable cost for visitors. The Segway was different prices on different days. The children went alone and asked, and were told 30SR for 40 minutes and the next day it was 20 SR for 10 minutes which was far too much. I think the man took advantage of them.
Review 14：The location and pool was excellent. The beach on our doorstep was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Loved the privacy. Staff were helpful, but as a foreigner if was difficult to communicate. No English speaker after a certain time. The washing machine was great. The fish from the fish restaurant was good, very fresh.
Review 15：the restaurant service is very low quality response as they provided us with cold meal which seems cocked one day ago - the beach is very dirty and not clean which is not suitable for swimming - the pool is very cold and not encourage for swimming - the stuff is very poor as you need to call him five time for any single request -the internal telephone inside the room is not working and we told them many time to solve it without response -internet wifi is not available in all rooms - there is no facilities such as super market around the resort - the restaurant doesn't provide a bread with the meal which is very poor service . - the price is very high comparing to the service - there is no food options at the resturant
Review 16：they 've told us about the phone connection it would be reachable in the future as they're trying to strengthen the connections whether for phone line or WiFi. The restaurant food was horrible don't ever think to get it

Review 18：- Bookings from Booking.com have treated less as a claims supervisors that there are VIP Chalet worth vary. - they not allow to me to change my Chalet, because they have three group of Chalets with different sides especially I contacted supervisors "Abdullaziz" & he told me there is no other empty place but I know there are three still empty & he said it's reserved for somebody else!! - they do not have phone to contact with them for any service. - The level of hygiene & cleaning is less than good inside chalet - Bad hygiene & cleaning level at the beach and a private area near the sea - Internet coverage is very weak in this area, even with the network that they have provided for free - Reception and handling and style conversation was less than good
