Review 1：The room has everything you need . Breakfast - the usual Turkish, nothing special. Everywhere is clean and tidy . Very polite staff and hotel owner . Thanks for your work!

Review 2：The broken toilet seat and the showerhead that was too short to be hanging up little bit untidy not to clean you had to hold yourself when you set on the toilet otherwise you will slide off. Because the toilet was pool on a tilt not level and the seat was broken Plus the breakfast was very terrible oranges do not touch it it is so old it has actually turned into booze I don't know if that is a good thing booze meaning A little bit like alcohol

Review 20：It's a true local 3 star hotel, which is the lowest standard one. Very old building, very thine door and wall, very poor bathroom, etc. Anyway it's a poor hotel

Review 23：Staff don't speak English! some words only. The elevator is so strange, you have to push or pull the door in order to open it, and if you are not fast enough and someone else needs it, it will leave you behind! The auto-park is not for the hotel, and the owners of it are so greedy.

Review 26：The hotel provides amenities and services of an upmarket place for a very budget-friendly price to stay there. My room was spacious, spotless clean, well-equipped and also with some nice decorations. The Turkish buffet-style breakfast was generously stocked and had good variety of foodstuff. I also received a fruit plate to my room as a gift shortly after check-in, which was a great welcome treat. Lastly but not least, I got lots of help and kindness from the receptionist on daytime duty, who had very good English skills and was the most friendly & sociable customer-service person I encountered in Turkey throughout the 2 weeks I travelled around the country.

Review 27：Location is fantastic. however the staff made the hotel excellent. Ali in the Front Desk has a friendly and hospitable attitude. he has limited english but he tried his best to assist me in every way. Room is very spacious, bathroom with jacuzzi and receive big plate of fruit basket as well. tea coffee facilities is available for free and the FREE wifi through out the building....also one Lady at the Reception was veryyyy friendly and she speaks fluent english..she was in the morning shift. even the gentlement ( i believer he was the owner ) very friendly. i meet him twice during the stay and he greeted me with friendly look and smile...Housekeeping Lady also very polite. this is the best 3 star hotel I ever stayed...by the way i was in Hilton Mersin for 2 nights before i moved to Aktas becasue Hilton was not up to the Hilton Standard!!!! Well done Aktas Hotel....i will come and visit you again in the near future....

Review 28：Disgusting attitude of the staff to the guests. Taxi was not due at thetime of departure, although it was stated before the promised. Passportalmost forgot to give. Street taxi driver, who was looking for areplacement, was bad and because of him I almost missed the plane.Dinner, which was brought to the room was disgusting. In general, exceptfor the location, not like nich Very poor buffet.
