Review 1：Two separate beds were put together, not the best for couples:) maybe other room has king bed

Review 3：We stayed here in late summer on a special half board deal which made the property great value. The location gave us a great base for walking the trails around Kranjska Gora and exploring nearby Bled and Ljubljana.

Review 4：Room stuffy with no air-conditioning and we slept badly. Bathroom was cramped with dated fittings. Buffet dinner was no better than canteen food and not replenished in the last hour. Hotel has block bookings by Saga pensioner holidays and the hotel is geared to their needs over other guests.

Review 5：Well located in the small town. Free access to the pool (though not the sauna) at the sister hotel next door was good to have. Good breakfast.

The view from the room was amazing. Wi-Fi excellent. Wide variety of breakfast and dinner options. Staff was lovely. Swimming pool is good size. I would love to visit again.

Review 30：4 stars hotel but we had to go to another hotel to be able to use the facilities that the hotel offered like the pool sauna etc and we payed for 6 nights but we came back home after 4 nights because of the weather there was a lot of rain so the hotel staff said that we had to pay also for the New Years dinner 88 euro for person even if we left earler because of the bad weather we had to pay the full price

Review 34：I booked the hotel at a special late summer deal to include breakfast and dinner. The room was filthy. The carpet was covered in hairs and dirt and obviously hadnt been hovered. I had to clean the toilet before I could use it as the seat and lid had urine stains. The food in the evening was dreadful mass cooked rubbish, I never bothered with the breakfast the following morning. The staff where miserable and unhelpful and everything seemed an effort. The booking was non refundable and even though I had paid for two nights and would lose half of the money that I had paid I checked out the following morning and went elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel even with the discounted price!.

Review 38：Hotel is very conviniently located, it holds 4 stars, but it should be better 3 star hotel.... The breakfast was simply average. 4 stars hotel can not be satisfied with so mediocre level. I understand that automatic coffee machine is making life of the staff much easier, but it is simply out of the scope... Selection was good, but.... comparing with small private pension near another ski center Krvavec where we stood a day before it was much much worse. Shower doors were damagged, toilletrees limited. In room internet is via cable, but there are no cable in the room and reception does not provide them....(no idea if they were out of stock, or not available at all). Supposedly I have to travel with cables. Funny? Sorry for open statement .
