Review 1：The spa center was available on extra costs. When leaving the staff tried to charge a different amount of money than the price of the reservation on booking, after that the POS didn't work well...

Review 11：We have stayed here many times and although the bedrooms are comfortable, breakfast has become a very disappointing experience. The food is generally ok, but the service is getting poor. Tables are not cleared as guests leave, so as time passes it is sometimes difficult to find anywhere clean to sit. There are often items missing, like plates or knives and forks, so you need to find someone to get these, or go searching yourself. It may be a buffet breakfast, but there is no excuse for abandoning the restaurant. And why do they need to serve cheap orange juice which tastes as though it's made from powder? One annoyance - after a long journey it's always nice to enjoy a cool, draught beer anytime of year. However, this hotel's bars and restaurants only serve draught beer during the summer. Other times of year the beer comes from a bottle. Finally, the coffee, although served in Julius Meinl cups, has a nasty taste, and does not seem to be an authentic Julius Meinl product. Around the corner from this hotel you can buy coffee served in the same Julius Meinl cups, but it tastes delicious. Binderbubi needs improvement.

Review 13：Had an excellent weekend stay in Sighisoara and hotel Binderbubi was our residence of choice because of the temporary lower lodging cost (50Eur/night). Good location, 2 min walk from the city center and castle, decent breakfast (don't expect all-inclusive 5 star material), very polite staff, overall highly recommended. Clean and big room,deluxe bathroom. Will definitely look it up again at my next visit!

We arrived in the restaurant for breakfast a few minutes after a large coach party had eaten and departed en-mass, and consequently the presentation of breakfast was very chaotic with some items depleted and a shortage of items such as knives and forks. The staff were busy cleaning up the mess around us as we ate our breakfast, which was not entirely satisfactory.

Review 63：Availble and discrete personnel, proactive and efficient. Location is ideal for sightseeing and relaxing afterwards, as parking lot is generous and the hotel location is discrete, away from main traffic zone of the city.

Review 64：TV was a disappointment. Small and only about 33 channels and not the main ones. But you can do without. Access is a bit tricky as you get to the hotel on an unpaved road :P for about 300m. But this is not the hotels fault but still a draw back even if you are with a car. Overall is a great hotel but not a 5 star one. 4 max.
