Review 1：The wi-ifi not working. The lifts not working to capacity. Until I checked in we were not aware of the above. When I made 3 local telephone calls I was made to pay, even though it was not my fault I could not get wi fi. Management refused to reimburse me.The lifts were being serviced/upgraded, but no mention of this, until we see notices on desk in lobby.This resulted in queues during certain times.

Review 2：Waited for 15 minutes for the elevator. Even though the hotel management did notify about the elevators maintenance but 15 minutes wait time for the price that the guests are paying it's really bad.

Review 6：After I checked in, I went to toilet and I nearly fainted. As the toilet bowl was full of "gold". I didnt know it was there for how long already. And how cant the cleaner who cleaned the room didnt notice it. I actually wanted to change room . But I was in a rush. So I just flushed it. But the whole picture keep appear in my mind.

Review 10：Fantastic location if you don't need access to KL city center, with plenty of food and drinking choices at Mid Valley mall itself. Free parking for hotel guest is nice. Not luxury but sufficient for a couple nights of good rest after work/business/meeting.

She just simply said not possible because the room cleaning belongs to another department. This is absolutely nonsense to a customer and sorry to say that it is my first time to have this experience. Also, it took a long time to get the lift for the low rise floor customers, only 2 lifts available to the low floors.

Review 33：Check in time was 2. I reached at 3 and they still tell me there was no room available. Asked me to wait for an hour. At the end of the day the man that guarded my luggage helped me check and he managed to brought me to my room. By then only I receive a phone call from the customer service telling me my room was ready. It was a really unpleasant experience and I was totally upset. Considering I already gave them an hour extra to buffer for my room

Review 35：Cititel Midvalley is always one of my best options when i need to chill & rest without having to go out from KL. Small room? Doesnt matter to me because everything is clean & comfy. So nothing else matter.

Review 36：Too crowded in the lobby. Many are non hotel guest, slept on sofa and snoring. Lift need maintenance as light was all on when button was press.Carpet in the room was dirty. Security control is not right as any passerby can take lift to any room.sofa in the lobby was torn and old.

Not much variety and not tasty as those catering in 5 stars hotels, need much improvement. Sofa in the lobby was torn, old and dirty. Too noisy in the lobby. Some passerby even slept on sofa and snoring. Doubt they guest from hotel. Much control of crowd in the lobby is needed.

Review 38：No additional security for guests going into guest floors. Didnt feel secure that anyone could take the elevator from the basement carpark into guest floors. Toiletries were poor quality. Shampoo/bath gel the same and dispenser had mould around the bottom. Poor quality toilet paper.

Usually many people Q there.

Review 44：Price, staff and facilities. Super slow wifi, equivalent to no wifi access in the room. Front desk staffs never smile. Price is considered too expensive with zero facility and served with roadside buffet breakfast.

Review 46：I stayed here for 3 nights but only got to use the wifi for the first night. Besides, the staff at operator/service hotline is quite irresponsible. First he called me to ask about my room service, then he sounded like he can't really understand English and ended the call promising he will call me back. No news but my food came anyway so I didn't bother. Second day when I called the service hotline (sounded like the same guy) to inquire about wifi, he again said he will call me back but no news again. Bedsheet or pillow cases also have black dots/ stains/ marks occasionally.

Review 66：As a hotel guest priority of car park is to be given to incoming guest. Hotel car park system was very poor, security staff was unprofessional handling the car park systems. Shoppers are allowed to park their vehicle at hotel lots. As such hotel guest have to park their vehicle far from hotel premises due to unavailable lot.

Extremely slow and crowded have to wait for more than 15 mins just to get to ground floor, need to go up all the way then go down and stop at almost every level with people trying to squeeze in at every level & frustrated face at every one's face. We nearly miss our flight bk to singapore due to spending 20 over mins just to get to ground floor for check out. The management should have done something to it, eg. Upgrading the lifts.

Firstly the room was so so so so small... really not worth the money not even a single penny ... when you check in the hotel normally they will have 2 separate counters , one to check in and one to check out . but this hotel is all in one ... so the queue was so long to check in and check out. parking always full ... have to pay for the parking in midvalley ... per entry is RM5.00 so if i go out 10 times a day its already RM 50.00... what a hotel ??? nothing so great about the hotel ... they said the hotel was 4 stars ... but actually its worst then 2 star ... you can't stop and drop all the luggage at the entrance if you drive a normal car ... they told me to take a circle back to the entrance while i saw other cars were parked there and unloading all their things ... Ferrari ... estima ... vellfire .. so if you drive a expensive car you get privileges.... paid so much but no breakfast ....

Review 122：Very attentive and friendly staff. Checking in at front desk was a delight; staff was listening to my requests and did his best to accommodate. Very pleasant fellow. Checkout was a similar experience. Almost every staff member I encountered was pleasant and knowledgeable. I rode my motorcycle there; the security staff at the basement was helpful to get my parking sorted. well done everyone. Room was very neat and clean. Quiet with no distraction or any foul odor. Very good view of KL also. Had a very good rest.

Review 124：The cititel location is excellent with regards to choices of food & restaurants , shopping heaven & convenient rail connection to KLIA, KL central & all KL city centres attraction. The cititel hotel facilities is very good even though the room is a bit small. However, the good service, spot on location & security within mid valley make up for it. Excellent if its for a family holiday with children whereby shopping trip & relaxation is the objective.

The staff at counter they are really friendly, they even help me to connect wifi through my phone when i got the problem of connecting.
