Review 1：Good for very poor college students and ski bums. Definitely not cozy and the breakfast was non-existent.

Review 3：Shower took a while to warm up in the evening (was fine the next morning, when other guests were showering- perhaps because our room was the last one on the hall?). No shampoo provided - no problem as we had brought our own.
Review 4：Dick was very helpful. I accidentally reserved a room for the wrong night, and he was happy to change our reservation. The inn is cozy, comfortable, and easy to find. Our room was clean, and the beds were fine. My teenaged daughter thought the comfy chairs and bookcases of paperbacks in the upstairs hallway were great. Enjoyed breakfast - fun to chat with other guests. English muffins, fruit & nut breads, cereal, orange slices were plenty for us. Would definitely return.
Review 5：I accidentally made the reservation for the week after our ski plans, but didn't find out until check in. They found me a great room and charged me the original price even though the new one was more expensive. Very friendly, accomodating, feels like home!

Staff was skeptical and not empathetic to our situation The breakfast was English muffins and sliced muffins that ran out and the guy was hesitant to get more/definitely didn't offer The room didn't have a temperature control and this wasn't addressed; the first night and second night were freezing and really warm
