Review 1：The bathtub is not very convenience because there is no bath curtain so the water splash around when we take shower. It could be better if you can install bath curtain to the bathroom.
Review 2：I like almost everything about the hotel. From the very first step, the person who look after the place, I believe he is the owner of the hotel, is very friendly and helpful. Check-in process is very smooth and he asked us about our breakfast on the next day then we mentioned that we will be leaving the hotel very early. However, we woke up the next day and going out with the breakfast bag that he provided for us, which is very touching because I know he went out and bought for us, it is not something he has in his hotel. The atmosphere is also wonderful, this place suite people who really need to take a break, very quiet and peaceful place. The room is nice and clean, our room is the one with large window that can see Ping river from the room. I assume that the hotel has only 6 rooms, and that makes us feel very special because the owner can take a really good care to all the guests. On our last day we had breakfast in the hotel, there are 2 options which is American Breakfast and Thai Breakfast. Other than that there are also a plate of fruits, some Thai dessert, fruit juice coffee and tea. I choose Thai Breakfast witch is pork and chicken boiled rice, I didn't expect that I'll get an additional plate of stir fried vegetable as well. The easiest way to get to the hotel is to drive, so if anyone plan to rent a car when stay in Chiang mai, this hotel could be the option because it is only 30 mins away from the city center and 10 to 20 minute to many interesting places in Mae rim. I recommended this hotel to all my friends who plan to travel to Chiang mai and I hope my comment will also inspire other people as well.
Review 3：If something negative can be said is perhaps the lack of a breakfast buffet, but this this understandable due to the small size of the hotel and limited amount of staff. You can only choose between Thai and Western breakfast. I certainly recommend the Thai one if you are ready to have something salty like e.g. a soup in the morning. It is homemade and freshly prepared for you. A truly negative point is that for some reason they only accept cash for payments. No credit card. This should be changed as it creates inconveniences.
Review 4：Absolutely everything. This place is a dream. Beautiful garden, extremely quiet and relaxing location by the Ping River, outstanding and beautifully furnished room with a very comfortable bed. The staff is very helpful and organized for us upon our request to have Thai masseuses coming to our room, who by the way were excellent.
Review 5：Be warned that you will need your own method of locomotion for lunch as dinner as there is no restaurant in-house. That wasn't clear to me when I booked (my mistake though, I'm sure). A few mountain bikes for rent to explore the area would be a simple improvement.
Review 6：Beautiful place in the middle of a quiet village, view on the river, wonderful food (made exceptionally for us as local restaurants were closed), great staff. A wonderful last few days of fresh air and nature were spent there!
Review 7：The manager Unn was extremely helpful and fantastic. He's also fluent in English so helped me with the next part of my trip too. Loved the fresh juices and veggies from the garden The breakfast was so large and delicious (Thai breakfast) I could barely finish them, and they even made dinner for me because I didn't want to leave the hotel. Great service, Great Value for Money and Great Environment

Review 11：Chang Mai Lanna Homey Stay resort by the Ping River. We have special BF from the owner, fresh veggie from the resort garden as well as Thai desert with bamboo wrap from local morning market. Also rice soup and American BF are very well cooked and prepared for both of us.
