Review 1：No lift, so had to lift heavy case up flights of stairs. We asked for help with case and didn't get it. Reception staff seemed disinterested. The place seemed very short staffed. We cancelled our second night and stayed at hotel Central Park, which is truly wonderful.

Review 7：Do not stay at this place if you want to sleep - the music in the bar was on till late and some party was having drinks till late night laughing loud, staff seemed to ignore requests to ask them to behave more quiet. No slippers even in the business room, even though they feature in the room description.

Review 9：The rooms pull out couch was really squeaky and ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The air conditioning in room standing unit couldn't cook off even the bedroom it was in and started spraying water into room. It's in a super busy street so windows open is not an option. Also, the key card activates the electric in the room so we could leave AC on to try to cool the room during the day.

Review 10：The size of the 2 bedroom suite was great. There was a pull out couch for my kids and two balconies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was a great variety of food. The pool was a nice way to cool off after sight seeing. They seemed to have added new wifi hubs and it was great where ever we were ( pool or room). Food was top notch at the restaurant and really reasonable.

Review 11：Not sure whether I was charged or not, but having to pay for the pool towels. Just increase the room price and offer them for free. The hotel is too nice to stoop to a 5 RON per towel charge.

Review 12：A hidden gem within walking distance to the old town. The staff were ever so polite and helpful. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the bar and the meals were exceptional. A really wonderful stay.

Review 13：Our 2 rooms were at the back of the hotel overlooking the pool but they were on the 3rd floor, without a lift, which was difficult for my elderly parents. The rooms were also directly under the gym so we had thumping of barbels and running machines all day. Luckily this stops at night but it means there is no chance of a rest during the day, and the cleaners at about 7am are also noisy. Rooms on the street would be very noisy as the hotel is a very busy road. Staff in restaurant speak no English so could not answer any questions about the menu.

Review 22：The hotel is at the foot of the medievil centre of Sighisoara. It takes about 10mins to get to the old town. The rooms are beautiful and the facilities and breakfast were perfect.

Review 29：I made a little tour through romania, and stayed at 4 hotels in the same price range. This one is by far the best. Friendly staff, and very good food. Swimming pool was a nice addition.

Review 30：We kept finding ground up shards of bone in our food, and then we found a sliced fingernail! I'm pretty sure we ate a human finger! Disgusting! They still made us pay for the drinks we had with the dinner---very inappropriate--though we didn't pay for the food. A few days later my mother began hemorrhaging blood from her bowls and had to be hospitalized for eight days. It cost us thousands of dollars. And, the internet didn't work in our room. They didn't tell us that to activate the AC the window needs to be closed, so our room was really hot.

Aperol spritz had a bad recipe, the sauce served with the fish without any taste. Also, for 4 days nobody entered our room to check if we had all we needed.

Review 98：The exorbitant (by Romanian standards) cost of using the computer to access the internet - despite the WiFi being free, it cost 20 lei per hour to go online here (compared with 3-4 lei in an internet cafe). Not the hotel's fault, but due to incorrect maps (including Google), we had some issues finding the hotel, although it should not have been difficult. From the train station, turn right and follow the road past small shops and over a bridge until you reach the Penny supermarket. The hotel is on the junction with the main road (Zaharia Boia, I think), on the left.

Review 99：This is a really nice hotel about 10-15 minutes walk downhill from the citadel in Sighisoara and no more than 15 minutes from the train station. Facilities are excellent - there is a pool and very nice surrounding area with bar (too cold for us to make use of it, sadly, but they provided blankets for those wishing to sit outside), as well as restaurant and free WiFi. Rooms are nicely decorated, although not especially large. Ours was on the street side of the hotel with a tiny balcony, but noise was not an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well-equipped (mini-bar, TV, toiletries, etc), with a decent shower. Breakfast is great, and was definitely the best of the 5 places we stayed at in Romania. The buffet had hot (bacon, eggs, sausages) and cold (meats, cheeses, fruit, veg, yogurt) options as well as pastries and fruit. It was also one of the few places in Romania where we found black tea. Would definitely recommend it.

The staff at this hotel were really helpful and warm and had all the time in the world to chat about things to do and to give us any other tips. The room was outstanding, we felt very well looked after. Staff are helpful but not invasive. Breakfast was good and the pool was clean and so well landscaped. We really recommend!

Review 107：A hot water in the morning we got only after calling to the administration. The big room had a small window and no balcony. Although well designed, the room and public places had pictures of the questionable quality and content with the prevailing theme of erotic scenes. No elevator.
