Review 1：1. Room was not ready until 4pm 2. Staff at reception was told twice that they double charge me, but still insist It was correct, the girl at the reception checked the account casually and said it was correct, finally the pay out figure was rectified when I insist her to checked it again on the third time, this is no good at all

Review 21：Rooms are not ready on time. The beddings is old and made us itchy. We called Housekeeping before we headed to dinner to change the beddings but they didn't change. They only left new sheets. The 10th floor also has this weird smell similar to the hospital in the Philippines.

Though they already collected the amount.in advance they processing.the refund immediately. I give you a salute for that. Hopefully, I can secure the refund soonest. Review 24：The location is so far from sunway lagoon & it's super inconvenient as they didn't tell us we need to climb the stairs for 4 stories. It's very troublesome and inconvenient especially we have young children. They only told us upgrade to family room next door. But it's not true as it's very far. Not just beside like they mentioned. We booked 4 rooms and they upgraded us to 2 family apartment. But we only stay in 1 as the other one is so far away in another building not just beside.

Review 26：Checking in took longer than expected. Our room did not appear to have been cleaned properly - when we 1st walked in. Toilet in the room also had cigarette butts n ash (and there was a sign that said it was a non-smoking room!) and it smelled of urine. :(

The pillow cases were not newly laundried, not replaced, possibly were used by previous guests, so the comforter smelly, possibly not cleaned for along time.

One of my 3 rooms card was not able to open the door.When i return to the reception to inform her about the problem, she totally ignore me until i had to raise my voice to get her attention. With her frown face, she had to entertain me. It should be handle better. Maybe more staff should be placed at the reception area because it will be first place where your guest will have the first impression.

Did not even consider extending the same rate that i booked through Booking.com Booked 2 rooms (2 adults per room) but breakfast was only for 1 adult per room on my first day stay and hotel staff did not even extend and offer for another adult as a complimentary breakfast.

Review 72：I checked in late on 14 November, 2015, after 3am. I booked via Booking.com and the staff said it is a last minute booking and there is no double bed available, and thus, I had to pay additional RM50 on top of the booked rate of RM365. Total almost RM500 after GST and service charge.

Review 73：The duty manager during my stay on 14 November, 2015 was understanding to the problem highlighted re: the faulty access card as I could not enter the room due to the card was not working. I notified the hotel and requested for a replacement access card. He considered my request to extend the check out time.

Review 74：To reach the park you have to go many levels downstairs by escalators it is nice for all but not for the disabled or with a baby stroller. Pray for the weather not to be thunderous, otherwise the outdoor activities would be canceled, and they are very restricted in these roles.

Review 75：After the long flight it was very nice to start with this lovely resort. The combination of the hotels, the mall and the amassing water park gave us a smooth shift to Malaysia. Very close to the domestic airport( 10 to 15 minutes driving) from where you can start your roaming. We chose the family package which allowed us to go the park for a full day, it was a remarkable day with plenty of choices.

And the hotel concierge couldn't get an external taxi for the guest, those public taxi waiting outside of the hotel are all charging crazy price eg. 15mins distance for RM70! This is the first ever hotel I'd encounter that is not able to get a normal taxi for the guests! usually the taxi you get from the hotel should be the safest and most reliable, right?

Review 121：My family stayed in Superior Double Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious and comfortable enough for 2 adults and 1 child. There is remote control for the room's lighting at the side table near the bed and night light available inside the wardrobe. The service of staff at reception and Taste Enclave is good. There is widespread of food available for the breakfast buffet. The hotel is next to the shopping mall (lots of eateries and shops) and walking distance to Sunway Lagoon. The bus transit for Sunway area is already up and going and the station is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Review 124：Unfortunately the Sunway Pyramid Tower East needs an urgent refurbishment. I booked 2 adjoining rooms for 12 days and requested an upper room (hoping this meant a view) Both rooms looked over an alleyway at the wall of the building next door. Not what I was paying for and did not want that to be my memory of the hotel, so I upgraded and transferred next door to the resort after 1 night. Best move ever

You walk through the hotel to the mall,so absolutely safe for solo female guest.There is a free shuttle bus which comes to the hotel entrance every 45 mins,which travels in a loop covering Sunway Monash Residence and Monash University.
