Review 1：overpriced food, slow service, it may be that i was there the weekend they were closing, the cushions were dirty and the staff was busy taking down the apparatus and putting things away the whole weekend - a rather depressing vision on a vacation.

Review 2：water is clear/clean, it is an ok location - long walk or short bus ride from closest mini-village, the design aspect of the sunbathing decks are nice on surface but when you are in the water you end up staring at the dark bottom of the decks which is not what I want to see when I am swimming in the sea

Review 5：I had a fantastic size balcony with an even more fantastic view of the sea and golturkbuku bey. The hotel is less than 2 minutes from golturkbuku bay ( I recommend having a car rental to enjoy the area more) The staff were extremely friendly to us even though we had an infant with us in A relaxing resort. Rooms spaciousness, extremely clean and cozy. I liked that the hotel created a small sandy area even though the resort does not have a beach. Breakfast was very good as well.

Review 6：End of season feeling that service performance is declining except lunch area. Breakfast quality was not there at all compared to the price tag. Sad to see great architecture is hit by maintenance issues.

Review 17：The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of a bay, the facility is well planned and covers most needs of adult travelers whom wish to enjoy sea , sun and hip atmosphere. Nice Spa. Room layout is comfortable while all rooms benefit from the lovely sea and bay scene.

Review 24：The rooms did not have protection to the morning light. The staff spoke very poor English and seemed to avoid guests all the time. A smile from them were rare. If not for one waitress that were really attentions and helpful we would have suffered even more with the overall service. During breakfast there were no identification of the food buffet in English. We had no idea what we were eating in some cases. This can be trouble for who is allergic to certain foods or is vegetarian, for example. The drinks were overpriced. The hotel is far from Bodrum town and a taxi ride costs around TLY100. Consider renting a car if you plan to visit the town often. A ride to the airport from the hotel costs around TLY220.

Review 25：The location is amazing. It is one of the best relaxing places I have ever been to. It is elegant and not pretentious. The SPA is a strong positive reason to visit the hotel. The therapies there are amazing. I recommend the Turkish bath. Half board is a very good and wise option in this hotel because not only the food is very good but also because of the very few restaurant options around the hotel.

Review 43：Some (not all but some) of the restaurant staff were like randomly gathered from street. For instance when we asked about red wines, instead of bringing wine menu the waiter told us that he doesn't like red wines and doesn't know much about them :) There's a %50 chance your order will be correct and/or delivered in right order. Restaurant and room service prices are ridiculously high relative to service given or room prices.

Review 44：The rooms, spa and restaurant in the garden area are very beautiful and well designed. A perfect view from balcony. Not crowded. Nice music choices. Some of the food in restaurant were really good. Golf cart shuttle was very handy.

Ask what coffes are offerd free of charge at the breakfast. The hotel and its facilities don't value the money that you pay.

Review 49：Guests have exclusive access to the sea (blueis, beautiful) and an area where you can swim as you wish. Staff is really attentive, superbly nice and service was so good that it was difficult to tell if people had been trained very well or everyone was just incredibly nice. The hotel is also at walking distance turkbuku, which is very chic little town with a great vibe...and parties going on until 4am! Would go back to this hotel any time!

Review 50：One small pack of nuts is TRY 24 (roughly USD 10!) in the room (mini bar)! They cost no more than TRY 3-4 outside..I understand there is a certain margin, but the prices are in general are ridiculous. One cocktail is about TRY 50 (like around USD 20!) at the beach..We have travelled around the world and I can say I have never seen somewhere with such attitude to rip you off. I wish they could change their attitude, we would love to go back and enjoy the sea.

On the beach we had 3 different info about the food service. 1st waiter told us that they can serve food to the beach, 2nd waiter told that they cannot and the 3rd one told us that there are several places that they can serve. We were confused. We just ended up thinking that the staff wasn't educated well about the hotel's rules and regulations and there was no iron in the room which was really hard. The first time we couldn't find the iron in a luxurious hotel like this. There was no discount in happy hour. Happy hours supposed to have discount with the cocktails to encourage you to drink more and have fun.

Review 84：Location, the quality of the hotel and the smiling faces of the staff were perfect, we enjoyed the dj performance during the happy hour. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Review 85：Hideous music playing poolside. Very loud, and a dreadful selection (Demis Roussos anyone?) on a one-CD loop for hours until we complained about 5 times before anyone did anything about it. Also, beware the mini-bar. I unwittingly slurped back a tiny bottle (185ml) of red wine, only to be charged an eye-watering 50 Turkish Lira for it. Outrageous.

Review 89：Check-out was a nightmare. First such experience for us where the receptionist and the manager insist that a bottle of mineral water was consumed. We have never touched the minibar. They insist I pay or fill in and sign a blank sheet of paper saying we did not drink it. A single bottle of water can bring out the awful arrogance of the staff and the manager so much that even if it were a good hotel, you can be sure you are never coming back!

Property and staff was great (especially Hakan food and beverage manager) he made us feel welcome and provided lots of options for my friend who was a vegetarian. Food and drinks were great, beach area was wonderful, rooms were very spacious, clean and modern, sea view was lovely. Ilker at reception always provided us with prompt rides on the golf cart around the property. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Turkbuku.

Review 121：We knew the hotel had a bit of a 'club scene' but got a real shock whenat 4.30 pm on the dot the beachside music is revved right up andcontinues blasting out until approximately 7.30 pm. Review 122：Our rooms were an excellent size with fun shower rooms and an excellentview. Super comfortable beds pillows. There was good strong waterpressure in the shower. The breakfasts were more than adequate and thebeachside food was tasty and reasonably priced. The one evening meal wehad was at the Hotel fish restaurant which was extremely tasty and hadgood portion size. Most of the staff did not speak any English whichcould be a challenge at times, but since they were all so friendly andhelpful we were always able to make ourselves understood!
