Review 20：The Hotel reservation department made our lives a misery and spoiled our holiday. We requested a change of date because our return flight date was changed. Admittedly our booking was non changeable but our experience of hotels via Booking.com is that if you request a change of date with good notice, most will be accommodating. Our change request was 3 weeks before our stay, however despite Booking.com repeatedly trying to contact the hotel, Sunway simply didn't respond. In the end after much chasing and the Hotel being rude and uncooperative to Booking.com the hotel agreed to consider letting us change the reservation if we supplied all the relevant documentation.This would have been so much easier if they has responded weeks earlier. Anyway we ended up staying and requested a late checkout, but again didn't receive a response. When we got to the hotel, we were given a Twin after booking a double. We are a gay married couple and the hotel made us feel very awkward about this.Despite Breakfast being included in the booked, they charged us for an extra breakfast, by this time we were too tired to argue. On the subject of a late check-out request, we were told this was not possible as the hotel was fully booked. Only later to be offered a late check out if we paid more. We felt we were fleeced, but had had so many bad customer experiences with Sunway by this point, we decided it wasn't worth trying to engage with the hotels customer servicesThis is like a big Vegas style hotel, with a big business feel, and little attention to giving the personal touch. It feels like Sunway will do anything to scrape every last penny out of customers. The room we stayed in was adequate but very tired and 1970's in decor, and the breakfast was a hideous mega buffet affair.

Review 24：The lower floor at 7th - premiere room - had a kind of old carpets and smelly room if A/c not on but has better comfortable beds mattress compared to the top floor where we stayed for one night . The top floor ( the club with view - no difference except higher ) is cleaner fresher but toiltes has no locks and has glass window toward the room bed that is covered with slides curtains that gives sense of insecurity especially when you are with your younge children .

Review 25：I liked that it was close to sunway lagoon park though on our exit we could not find the same door we came in open so we had to go out to the mall and back to hotel . We should of asked for the other gate. Anyway it was fun for children and adults in a sunny day ( lucky us) . It has a shopping mall attached to it where we found lots of resturants with different cuisines . It closer to Airport . (mid way between airport and city center.) Breakfat was very nice with lots of options . Family king bed room had a sofa bed for children .picture attached for a club room .

Review 30：Rooms are getting a bit dated. They are fine but certainly not new and shiny like a modern premium hotel. Other than the pool, waterpark and the mall there is not much else to do here due to distance from KL centre.

Review 31：Great location next to the water park. 3min connected walk to a hudge mall with lots of variety. Great hotel breakfast. Nice hotel pool area with shallow and contained area for younger kids. Friendly and prompt service from all the hotel staff. We stayed 4 days and had a great time. Wouldn't need/want any longer than this. We stayed in early Jan and the weather was walm but not too humid and there were hardly any lines at the waterpark which was perfect!

Review 32：Service was five star. We really enjoyed staying and eating in the hotel. The water theme park and the shopping complex were just great both for us as parents and the kids. Would definitely go back again next year!

Review 33：- Hotel rooms need an upgrade. The carpets are old and the bathrooms are badly in need of maintenance. We had two rooms and both were the same. The bathtubs are worn out and look dirty and water doesn't go down both the tubs and sinks. - Elevators are slow and at times you need to wait for a long time - Breakfast room is extremely busy and serves a very average breakfast.

Review 34：The hotel is situated right between a huge shopping mall and a theme park and worked very well for a short stay for us. Grand entrance/lobby and staff are polite and helpful. We were offered a complementary cake for my husband's birthday which we really appreciated.

Review 35：1- the receptionist guy wasn't helpful and didn't explain what included in my reservation, he didn't even ask at the end if I need anything 2- I received my bags after one hour 3 - the room view wasn't the one as my booking and they changed without telling me!! 4- the luggage staff when changing to the other he intentionally dropped my bag!!!!!! This is all I remember in this moment.

Rooms are in good spiff but a little basic for the rate you're paying - you're paying for the super convenient location.

Review 46：Lifts are very slow. You will need to wait during breakfast time. Some of the other guest don't have any manners and also let their children run about at all times of the day and night. Traffic in the area is very heavy.

Review 51：This hotel is exceptional! we arrived the day before christmas eve, the lobbie had about 4 huge christmas trees and looked fantastic. We checked into a gorgeous premier room, really beautiful. We had a delicious meal in their restaurant, the chefs are top quality. We then had a perfect massage in their spa which is set in lush green surroundings, it was so relaxing. After we left the spa i was whisked away in a car and taken to an amazing villa with plunge pool and four poster bed where my boyfriend of 6 years proposed! I couldnt have been happier. The staff helped him to co ordinate the whold thing without me suspecting a thing. They are an asset to the sunway company. The hotel is attached to theme and water park which is fantastic, we had a great day there and my fiance did a bungee jump! Also attached to a great shopping mall and breakfast is incredible, so much to chose from its insane! dont know how anyone could have a bad word about this place it is just a beautiful hotel. will love to come bk to celebrate our anniversary!

Review 54：The check in was late as room was not ready. The bell service was slow and not friendly. Was told room not ready and offered different room to upgrade and to pay additional RM 250. But I refuse it and the rooms was available suddenly to my surprise. Next day Almost waited 1 hour to check out next day. My stay this time not worth it for the money I paid. I would like seek a refund partial amount if not full for this disappointed trip.

Review 56：We stayed in room 542. Our daughters took the adjacent room 541. Thetoilet in 542 choked and overflowed. We called the duty manager 3 times.My husband and I had to rush off. When we returned, our daughters toldus that someone turned up with a pump. He cleared the choke and left. Myhusband called the duty manager again and explained that the floor withdirty water from the toilet bowl was not cleaned. A guy turned up with apump. My husband explained to him the problem and showed him the wetfloor. The shits on the floor needed to be cleaned. The answer given wasthat he was from the engineering dept and it was the job of thehousekeeping to clean the floor. Another phone call. Someone appeared atthe door. He cleaned the floor and left. At night, the toilet chokedagain. It flowed but very slowly. It caused unnecessary inconvenience tous. We had to use the toilet in room 541. The next morning, afterbreakfast, my husband personally went down to the reception counter tocomplain. We checked out on 28 Dec. We hope the hotel has taken steps torectify the problem.

Review 57：What really disappoint me is that the fridge, phone, and the machine for boiling water were damaged and they did not do any thing when I complain. Moreover, they put us is two be, while in the web we order a king bed size.

Review 60：Loved everything about the place. We booked the Premier Park Room for 2d/1n inclusive of entrance to the Lagoon. Got caught in traffic jam and managed to checked in at about 4pm. Considering our time spend at the lagoon will be too rushing if we proceed on the same day since the park close at 6pm, we decided to extend another night and called the reservation department but was told that it was full. After dinner, we tried checking with the guest services again on our luck. Ms Lee & Mr Naresh assisted us with our requests. Both of them has been very patience, polite & professional. For that, they deserves the recognition from management in assisting guests and accommodating to our requests within their abilities. Thank you. We then managed to spend more time enjoying the place at the park & shoppings at the mall. Breakfast was awesome! Varieties of spread on different days and tasted good too..! We had ours at Fuzion Restaurant, with a view of the garden. Pool is huge, with different depth for adults and kids. We basically had a great time there doing everything we could & it definitely is worth the trip. Way to go Sunway! :D

Review 66：My wife and I regretted our stay on the hotel in the contrary to our previous two visits. These are the factors of such feeling: 1. The room size was not up to my expectation. My original reservation was premium room but I agreed to have it upgraded to a "corner suite" upon the Reception Representative's recommendation during my checking in with the extra charges being applied. The moment my wife & I stepped in the so called "suite", we realized that we were "unfortunate" with our decision. The size, the bath's size and its arrangement, and the carpet condition had driven us to feel bad of our selection. 2. The bath was lacking of "Hot Water". The water was very little warm which did not create the "comfortable" feeling during taking baths. My wife and I were cutting short our bath times as the water was not comfortable (was not hot enough" to take bath bearing in mind the the cool water's faucet was totally closed. 3. We felt the hotel was so crowded that we avoided our habit to "sit in and enjoy" the hotel's lobby.

Review 67：Elevator floor was wet. It's trip, slip and fall hazards. Believe coming from the those visitor using the pool not properly dry up. should have someone at the lift lobby nor the swimmimg pool lift level to perform the mopping of the floor.

Review 69：Theme park hotel does not has multiple entry to the park. Why do I choose it? I read online the hotel guess can multiple entry to the park hence I choose hotel package but finally find out only single entry. The front desk staffs does not know the theme park ticket costs? They told me the tickets charge they have is same as the web. It's 108 and 150 different. They are not professional at all. I would suggest to stay the hotel next this. It is closer and cheaper. It make no different to stay in this hotel except more expansive.

Also included is 2 adult, 2 children ticket to Sunway Lagoon and welcome drink for all 4 of us. What I am dissapointed is breakfast does not include the 2 children and I need to pay extra for breakfast on both days saperately. You might want to review the package to include breakfast for children since its stated accomodate 2 adult and 2 children. This is to ensure that we are able to proceed to breakfast without hassle.

Review 90：Very accommodating. Was in KL 2 days before and wrote them an email that we'll be arriving early. As our stay include passes to the theme park we requested for the pass to be ready when we arrived. Received an email that night acknowledging our request. We arrived at 1030 and the theme park passes are ready. Even got a room upgrade. Even though the cafe for breakfast was moved to another location the spread and quality is still maintained.

Review 98：A very great hotel with an excellent service by the staff. Location is very good, direct access to mall and Sunway Lagoon. Room was very cozy, comfortable and very clean too. Breakfast spread was awesome, a lot of varieties. Experienced power trip few times on our 2nd day but was resolved promptly. The duty manager personally make a trip to our room, apologize and assured us that the problem will be solved. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Review 99：too old, need some upgrade. And also, the room was ridiculously cold even after i turned the AC to 30C and turned off eventually, both not working at all. But the temperature was normal at the lobby.

Review 100：Front desk staff did not advised of the need to place FnB deposit in order for guest to charge to room. In addition he did not advised on the parking arrangement. Hence, we had to use TnG instead of Complimentary Tickets. Lousy experience with this staff. In addition, there were mid-east guests who misbehaved and fight at the coffee house when there families and kiddos ard during bfast. These ppl r uncultured and spoiled others holiday. Kiddos were terrified and guests were upset. Security in the hotel need to step up to watch out for this troublemakers.

Review 119：My worst star hotel stay. The staff is really rude except one front door staff and the duty manager. They were really nice when I stayed few years back. Rooms are smelly. No hot water. If you are booking for premier rooms, be careful. You are not treated well at all. If you are an Arab or if you come in a Ferrari then expect some welcome.

Review 130：The room view was very bad, the light in the room is turning on and off by itself.

Review 131：I like the honeymoon preparations, the food was nice. Also I enjoy the sunway pyramid mall.

Review 132：Very Elegant Entrance. The Breakfast Buffet was super and the service was very good despite the very bib number of customers having Breakfast in the same time. Adjacent to very nice Mall and a super Aqua Park.
