Review 1：I felt too close to the room next door could hear conversations and coughing quite clearly. It was a tight squeeze in the bathroom.

Review 2：Just a few blocks walk to town. There were a few nice places to eat, could have a few drinks and not worry about driving. Fantastic facilities for families.

Review 5：Place felt very dated. Our room (206) was right on the pool. No pool or tennis hrs enforced so not good if you want a quiet relaxed holiday, but perfect if you have a family and want activities for the kids including games room and playground. Curtain way up high does not close properly so you get the morning sun coming into the room.sheets on our bed were stained with what looked liked dried blood.

Review 9：The confusion about how many rooms I had booked even though I fully explained it was two rooms and not three that were booked however on checkout I was still going to be charged for the third room. Although upon discussion it was decided I was not paying for the third room,which I had not booked in the first place, that made me cranky and a little dissatisfied

Review 10：Easily accessable ground floor units on request a room with shower stall not a shower over the spa bath. As a disabled person these things make all the difference to a compfortable stay.

Review 11：The bed was a little bit saggy and I like a firm bed. It wasn't as good as the bed I have at home. I guess that is the only thing I have to say that is not ideal.

Review 12：We only stayed a night to sleep, so we could go to Mount Buller quickly in the morning. For that it was great. The staff were helpful, the facilities were good, particularly the kitchenette.

Review 13：This property is NOT what I would call a resort. With its 70's decor, painted tiled shower base & coffee cup rings to the dining table. A resort to me is somewhere with dining facilities but NO, there was no bar/restaurant & not even a mini bar. The website gallery looks great but in reality this property requires an urgent refurbishment.

Shop to get cloths and stuff for mt bullar tour. Breakfast was amazing and yummy too. I love to stay every year. I already refer to my some friends as well. Nice staff and very friendly. Busses arrive and departure for mt bullar straight from hotel. In simple words. Very satisfied and perfect place for my each time visit. Thanks guys you are the best.

Review 32：I was very upset with the rooms we stayed in room 201 with 6 people after a day of snowboarding. we get to our room freezing and could not get our heater to work and the door leading out to balcony didnt seal well so cold breaze was coming straight in to lounge area not what you would expect for $514 a night

Review 38：it's more of a motel style accomodation than resort, the name is slightly misleading, as are the pictures which in my opinion suggest a big hotel style accomodation. Instead, there are lots of little motel style rooms built around the main building, walls are thin and you can hear neighbour conversation clearly. Cleanliness is ok, but it's a bit dated and old and more like a youth hostel than a resort.

Review 39：Staff is very friendly, convenient location, great choice with ski hire. Breakfast is great, too, lots of choice, fruits, pancakes, bacon and eggs, toast and cereals, yumm!

Be aware that resort caters for multiple coach groups with facilities tailored for that market: eg large common areas such as kitchen/lounge tv/games.

Review 63：Option of Fully Cooked Breakfast. Ski Hire Facility. Takeaway cafe. Good swing/play area for young children, well equipped games room for teens/adults. Provision for gear lock up/drying room if required. Lovely building: previous life as a girls boarding school.

Review 65：Location is just on the way to Mt.Buller and nearby shops andrestaurants. With rental facilities and free parking on-site. Our3bedroom apartment looks outdated but reasonably clean.

Review 66：We were a group of three travellers and booked as a group of three but were very surprised to walk into the room and find a double bed, along with two sets of the bunk beds squashed into a tiny room. There was no mention of this set up anywhere during the booking process. We were advised that it would be a single bed and double bed configuration. It made it impossible to use the dining area and kitchen facilities properly. The dining table was squashed up against the wall, and the fridge was almost inaccessible. Had we known this, we wouldn't have booked.

Review 69：Wifi, so it was working on one then next the not. Now it is the country and the number of guests can affect connection but the error messages did not correlate to this. When I alerted reception that they might want to turn on and off the router. I did not grt much luck.

Review 70：Range of facilities, easy to book lift, bus tickets at hotel. Hot breakfast, ski hire and bus picking you up from directly outside makes it easy for skiing at Mt Buller.

No indication or labels telling whether the spa was professionally serviced or not. I've been to other places with spa and they all had labels/stamps from professional spa services

Only 40 mins from the mountain, yet for $70 each we got a massive private room, access to pool, spa, sauna and drying room plus free brekky in the morning to get us going. This is a fantastic resort and I will certainly eve staying here

Review 81：When I check in they gave m a different room & when I said this is not the room I booked then she said this is a motal, but after she fix for m. The room door was zam. And room's ac wasn't good enough too and I went for checkout around 9:20-9:25 am n after checkout I asked I want to have breaks then they said I have to buy buffet voucher so I bought them but they didn't bother to tell us oh sir it's only 5 minutes left for them to close. Because they close 9:30 am. Also on arrivel they didn't provide enough information as well. At the end was an below then average experience. Won't go bak.
