Review 2：Room spacious and spotless clean. Location great. 24 hour convenience store right outside and bus station into town a block away. We were in Mae Rim prinicipally to visit Wah Pa Darapirom and it is within walking distance from First Residence so that was awesome

Review 3：Nothing! It's an amazing place. Once thing to know that if you want to visit Chiang Mai City often it is about 45 minutes away, not close at all.

Review 4：This place is very clean! The staff are excellent, always willing to accommodate or answer any questions. They are a great team. This family run restaurant is very organized. It is closer to Mae Rim Plaza.

Review 5：If you are looking to be close to Chiang Mai city this is not the place for you. But it's close to elephant parks,atv, hiking and Tiger Kingdom. All within 10/15 mins. It is easy to get to Chiang Mai city by yellow taxi to rajahabat university and then a red taxi into the centre,

Review 7：I love how the owner and staff was so helpful and attentive. They were so nice; taking a very good care of us and making us feel like home. My car's battery was broken and the owner was help me with this. I feel so grateful and aprreciated for their help and kindness.The room was cleaned and well tidy with the free wifi. The location is just super convenience , there and supermarket, the market, the bank, the post and mostly everything around as well. I love the hotel so much and will definitely return to this hotel again.

Review 8：Lots of big mosquitos. And toilets should be improved by separating dry area and wet area. Pillow and blanket have unpleasant smell. Breakfast has only congee and cheap bread, not diversified.

Review 10：I stayed at this place for 2 nights, The place is located in the center of Maerim. The hotel staffs are great, nice service mind. The cafe of this hotel also great!! I really enjoyed the foods here (like a 4-5 stars hotel).

Review 11：From the moment we arrived at the First Residence and Cafe we were treated amazing! They were so helpful. Pom was an absolute treasure. He was our Thai voice for everything. The food is incredible. We ate there every night and each meal was better than the next. Coffee is fantastic as well. It is situated out of the city close to the elephant nature park, ziplining, white water rafting and tiger kingdom. If you want a quiet stay outside of the city with a welcoming staff and good food look no further. This place was amazing.
