Review 1：There's no reception desk so it was difficult to find any staff if I had a problem. I found it hard to check in because the restaurant was closed and it was very unclear how to get in touch with the hotel part.
Review 2：The room was massive and clean, with a full size fridge and a kitchen area with hob. The WiFi was fast and the bed large and comfy.
