Reviews for Kungshaga Hotell
Review 1:Walls are paper thin, you hear everything. I would also recommend opening the windows to air out the room when you check in.
Review 2:It a nice location, very country side. The dinner was, even though few choices to choos from, really well made. The staff is also very nice.
Review 3:Weather was cold and breakfast was only cold food. I would have enjoyed some hot cereal or baked eggs.
Review 4:Kungshaga is an historic yet relaxed spot to stay in Orsa. We visited fiends and family in the area and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and attentive owner Daphne and the rest of the staff.
Review 5:Not a dislike exactly, but the history of the hotel as a home for the elderly in the 1900s is still there in the atmosphere somehow. You would find the decor dated, but comforting. We were stopping in for the night on the way through the area an it worked perfectly for us.
Review 6:We liked the warm welcome, the friendly staff, the clean, comfortable room, the beautiful grounds, the good breakfast.

Review 26:this is an english 'thing' would have loved to make a hot drink in the early hours of the morning, having tea coffee in room with kettle, but it did not spoil my visit.
Review 27:relaxed cosy bit old fashioned time goneby feel to the place. the view, sitting area. the food was excellant. quiet and the location
Review 28:Nothing
Review 29:This was the best hotel on our trip. It's a bit out of town, but it does have a good restaurant for dinner. There's also reasonably sized and well maintained grounds to the front and rear for strolling, playing, sitting etc. The rear garden includes a decking terrace for picturesque consumption of the obligatory post-ride beers. Breakfast was probably as good as dinner.
Review 30:The hotel is located in the countryside of Dalarna, and can be highly recommended for the peaceful setting, the strikingly clean air and the beautiful view from the hotel. Book a room at the lakeside! Also prepare to sleep a full 10 hrs if you don't set the alarm, there won't be any city noise to wake you up. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Review 31:We felt so much at home at this hotel. Owners/staff super friendly. Big comfortable rooms, old style decorated, this old building in perfect condition is located in a very quiet location with view to the lake. The dinner was fantastic, first class (book it in advance, just in case). Breakfast was excellent, free parking, wifi was very good. We'd love to return to this hotel if we ever travel close to Orsa/Mora again.
